I love Savage X Fenty because they have clothing items that rock attitude and sexiness. I contacted support for my most recent order because I was offered a "free gift" at checkout. When I tried to claim the gift, my shopping cart indicated the item at full price. I spoke with support who confirmed that I must spend a certain amount of money to claim the gift. I was using member credits, which is money that I pre-paid for items and saved up to use. The value of the items I selected was over the amount needed to claim the gift. The offer is misleading and includes no disclaimer that you must be spending money, not using a member credit. This is drastically misleading, and I think detracts from the value of having the member service in the first place.

I had 3 member credits still remaining to use after canceling VIP membership In order to acquire and use them it then makes you reinstate in order to complete order. I wrote it up and am very pleased to say it has been handled and was misunderstanding. Want to thank Savage X tech team for A quick response and for making it right.
