Terrible company Worst customer service

Terrible company bought shoes as a gift they delayed the package I got one response and every email i sent they ignored everyday this has got to be worst suppose self sustainable brand I have ever experienced don’t spend your money here. There customer service is none existent and now I am trying to return them and no one is replying back.

Really bad experience with this…

Really bad experience with this company. Am a UK size 9 and ordered modelo 89 and they fit fine, then ordered the v endure version and they fit completely different and were a size too small. Customer service extremely unhelpful with vague response and they CHARGE YOU £15 TO RETURN, even though the sizes all seem to fit differently. There are plenty of other much brands to chose from: thousand fell, arigato, etq Amsterdam. EDIT: the reply to my email is a total lie and goes to show what kind of company this is I can have all the correspondence, SAYE are the ones that didn’t respond to me and also never asked for photos. Frankly ridiculous either way that none of their shoes fit the same or correctly. EDIT 2: Not only do I not have that reply but why would you ask me for photos 2 months after I have returned the shoes?

I really like the idea behind the brand and think the shoes look great but unfortunately after wearing my new modelo 89s for 1 day in unremarkable conditions the leather started to peel away

Bitterly disappointing shopping experience

I wanted to recommend this company - sustainable ambition, nice looking product... but unfortunately the customer service is abismal. I ordered shoes online, making sure to use the size guide. However, despite carefully measuring my feet and opting for one size up, the shoes that arrived were too small! I assumed this would be easy to resolve. But after sending 5 emails to the customer support team, I have gotten nowhere. Instead of trying to help me, I have received increasingly vague emails explaining why the issue is my fault and not theirs. I have now given up and opted to return the shoes instead. To my horror, I learned that the return fee is €10! A nasty blow to finish off what has been a terrible shopping experience.

I don’t recommend this company (even though I would have loved to)

The journey with this company has been long. I ordered a pair of 38 but they were too small, and thus I had to change them by being charged 10€. I understand that a small company needs to charge for a return, but at least one change in size should be allowed to make one willing of buying again. The instructions for the return were wrong: on the email the ups access point was indicated but the label was for the German mail delivery service, and in fact the ups access point didn’t accept my package. Then, the new shoes were sent but the tracking number by ups was never updated and stated “The delivery date will be provided as soon as possible.” When I wrote to saye after 10 days since the theoretical shipping, they replied that ups at been at my home twice and that the shoes had been sent back, and for me to receive them I had to pay other 20€. I was shocked since it was obviously nor my fault nor my neglect to have caused the shoes to be sent back. I asked for a refund and at that point they sent me the shoes free of charge (yes, after sevela mails). Now it’s been two whole days I’ve had them and they have already a tear on the side (I wish I could attach a picture). Reply to the company: “ However, as you have confirmed yourself, the address was incorrect therefore it was returned to us.” . No, your instructions for the returning parcel were wrong, I never said that my actress was wrong (it was in fact correct and in fact the first time no problems arose. The problems began when the second pair was sent)

True to them

I had my classic M'89 Offwhite since they were Wadoo and love them. They have been my best partners in all my adventures so when the time came, I was ready to upgrade to a new modele and the M89 Caramel couldn't be more perfect. Thank you guys for this amazing sustainable shoes! Keep on the good work

Great shoes, defintely would recommend

I purchased a pair of M89 back in 2021 and decided to try again and purchased a pair of M70 earlier this year. I'm a size 38 and both fit true to size. Overall a great experience and love the retro look this shoes give to my look. Would def recommend.

AVOID THIS COMPANY

Would I recommend SAYE? Not only would I never recommend SAYE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NEVER GOING NEAR THIS COMPANY! I am unsatisfied with 3 main things. 1. Poor quality of the product (Not environmentally sustainable) - My shoes broke within the first 3 days of wearing and are nearly completely falling apart within one month of wearing. This is not sustainable for the world because if I keep buying SAYE I will need to purchase shoes EVERY MONTH and that leads to a lot of waste. It doesn't matter how sustainable your process is because if you are charging $165 for shoes that need to be thrown away within a month you are polluting the world. 2. Not allowing a return after just trying on the shoe inside - Another pair of shoes I bought were tried on and worn inside and decided they weren't the right fit. I tried to return them and SAYE said no. What am I supposed to do with shoes that don't fit hurt and now are a waste of money. Not to mention the horrible customer service I encountered with this. 3. Missing items from shipment and not being reimbursed - With the reimbursement SAYE gave me for my shoes that broke in #1 I bought socks, which $100 on 6 pairs of socks is ridiculous pricing, and I only received half of the order. When I messaged SAYE they said "Send pictures of what you received." SO I showed they the 4 pairs of socks I received and told them I never received the other 2 pairs. They only gave me $17. They didn't even fully reimburse me for an order THEY NEVER SHIPPED. THIS IS A SCAM! Horrible company, horrible products, horrible service. Would I recommend SAYE? Not only would I never recommend SAYE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NEVER GOING NEAR THIS COMPANY

I have these shoes for a couple months…

I have these shoes for a couple months now and I am not really satisfied. The soles are very thin. I have the white sneakers and they get dirty so quick and threads are always coming lose. They are ok, but too expensive for their quality

So frustrating. If you are not 100% of your size, don't take any chances. Their sizing guide is not efficient either. You'll pay for the return and an extra fee. You'll also pay for an exchange.

Bon. J'avais écris un avis assez négatif quand à la durabilité des chaussures sans le temps. La marque m'a contacté, me proposant de m'envoyer une autre paire gratuitement. (Apres quoi ils m'ont demandé de retiré mon commentaire). J'ai bien reçu la nouvelle paire, même modèle et même taille que les précédentes. Elles me blessent les pieds (jai saigné du petit orteil en marchant avec...), alors que celles d'avant étaient vraiment confortables. Option 1 : ils ont changé quelque choses dans la conception de la chaussure, pas détectable à l'œil nu Option 2 : ils m'ont envoyé une paire défectueuse.

Purchased a pair of modelo ‘89 in october last year and by march they were already completely worn out, just by light wear 1-2 times a week. All my other pairs of shoes last for years with this kind of use. Not to mention how thin the sole of the shoe is, definitely not great for walking.. Bad quality for such an expensive shoe. They’ve been easy to clean and they are so pretty, so I’m very dissappointed I didn’t get to use them longer. Will not shop here again.

looks nice but the quality sucks

SAYE offers a big assortiment of different types of sneakers and they look really cool. The problem is the quality of the vegan leather… The top layer comes off pretty quickly. You pay quite a lot of money, only to end up with shoes that crumble??? It says on the website that you should only wear them when it’s dry. Very weird concept for a product that is literally made to be worn outside, shoes should be able to handle different types of weather. Very very disappointing

gaslighted over the guarantee

Bought a pair of vegan sneakers from Saye 6 weeks ago and they've already started to fail at the seams, letting water in while it's raining. Saye guarantees their shoes for 2 years so I emailed them asking for a refund and explaining the issue, as well as attaching photos to show the problem. They responded by gaslighting me, copying in their terms and are instructions says that I should not submerge the shoes in water or expose them to flooding. I was surprised to find that 'wearing the shoes while it's raining' is included in this statement somehow.. I asked for further clarification and they have now stopped responding. I cannot recommend this brand Edit: after posting this review they offered a voucher in exchange for removing this review. I will not be using the voucher as this review is true and accurate

inconsistent manufacturing- size issues

Bought 2 pairs the Modelo 70 and 89 Hi in size 39. have always worn size 8.5/39. Both look great, the 70s are fantastic, fits perfectly. The 89hi left foot was noticeably smaller than the right, w my toes touching. I asked their customer service team if this may be a manufacturing issue due to the 70s fitting perfectly well and the right foot of the 89s also fitting perfectly well. There were several exchanges between myself and customer service and they consistently pointed blame at me saying I should’ve looked at size guides for each pair. Which I did. They are the same size guides for both shoes. I insisted it just be a manufacturing inconsistency, they insisted I should have checked the size guide. Very frustrating to deal w as they would not budge on the return shipping back as they insisted it was not an issue on their end, but an issue on mine. I refuse to make another purchase so I paid roughly $110 for the shoes and will only receive. $75 refund bc they will be charging me the international return shipping back. Buyer beware, they will insist that it was a customer error and not a manufacturing issue if your shoes do not fit.
