Muzuno golf bag faulty. carry strap broke, and other issues including fading materials, rubber feet lost, the item was £189.00 but not fit for purpose after light use. Impossible to speak to anyone on phone and although it was sent back promptly two weeks have passed and no attempt to rectify. The one star is only because there is no lower mark. Buyer beware
I ordered a driver shaft about two weeks ago. Unfortunately the shaft did not turn up on time but this was due to a system error. Molly from the customer service team has been extremely helpful and apologetic about the situation. After contacting Molly she explained the issue and the shaft was dispatched the next day (even on a bank holiday).

Recently purchased a jumper from Scottsdale. The jumper and service was great however it did have a couple of marks on (which you could see before opening the packet). I have washed them out though so all is fine (just not something I expected).
Goods not delivered next day as promised with spending over £100. 10 off Golf Pride MCC Grips seemed very thin compared to same Golf Pride MCC grips purchased elsewhere previous week. Not sure if they were just a different or poorer batch.

I’ve had 2 recent experiences of poor service. Previously where the shirt was the wrong size, ie xxs instead of the ordered and labelled large. My latest order was delivered with a greasy mark on it, the shirt label creased, as it it had been previously worn. I washed the shirt and the mark is faint, but I was obviously disappointed. Hopefully the normal good service, should I order again
Recently bought a Cleveland CBX4 wedge online which was custom fit and I expected a 2/3 week turnaround. Scottsdale promptly ordered the club and kept me informed what was going on. In the end the order only took a week with DPD delivering the club the day after it was received by Scottsdale. Great service at a good price.

Very good as always. Apart from delivery, the second time I have ordered next day delivery and they have missed sending it that day even though I am within the time frame for NDD. Not sure why they don’t just bring forward the NDD time cut off as it seems to be a recurring issue having seen other reviews. In general though you are always in safe hands with Scottsdale.
Avoid using this company, ordered an item with next day delivery, 2 days later nothing. I had to call to find out what was going on. Apparently they sent me an email (dated the same day a called) to say the items out of stock. They would never have told me had I not called. Really poor service.
