I went to scs in Warrington I met a lady called pipa she was absolutely amazing, not pushy and explained everything in detail, nothing was too much trouble, all I can say is if looking for a sofa , call in this amazing place and ask for pipa , she was amazing lady thank you for everything x

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS FOR HARD FLOORING. The are all right for carpets and soft furnishings, but useless at hard flooring. The surveyor they sent round completely mis-measured and ordered too much stuff. A lot of it had to be sent back (we got refunds, but it took a while going backwards and forwards). The surveyor also had not idea how to connect the new hard flooring to the existing hard floor, and said “the fitter would know”. The fitter had no idea and I spent quite a bit of time at B&Q and staining up bits of trim. The surveyor also underestimated how much time the job would take, and the fitter completely ran out of time and had to come back for another day, many weeks later.
I received regular updates on the delivery slot. Andy & Marc delivered the furniture very swiftly & professionally. Very pleased with the service A Big Thank You.

Got my new sofa delivered by Scott H and Andy K. Was due to come at 4-5 in the evening so was a brilliant surprise when I got a call to say it could arrive between 2 - 3, having not had a couch for the past 24hr. Both Scott and Andy were friendly and professional throughout, especially with it being a blazing hot Saturday! Got the sofa in, unpacked and put together in no time at all. Really a credit to the service, thanks guys!

Excellent delivery and installation. The crew were ahead of the scheduled time and the tracking app was great and accurate! Installation was mess free and they were so polite Sadly the wooden legs were damaged so we’ve had to report it. I was expecting a long drawn out affair, but within an hour and one phone call the new legs had been ordered to be delivered. Whilst we’d rather not had this happen, I must say it’s been dealt with very efficiently.
Great experience, Andrew let me know he was there to help but did not crowd me but left me to browse. When I chose my sofa he was great talking me through the finance, how to care for the sofa and assisting me with measurements so I could be sure it was the right choice. I'm a happy customer

Excellent service, quick and easy and sorted in great time
I was not impressed with the delivery. I had to tell the team how to get the sofa into the property after about 20 minutes of them trying and failing to do so. Thought I was watching a comedy sketch. They have damaged my door frame and now the door doesn’t close properly! This will entail a decorator and joiner! Something I didn’t budget for! Not good being as I am a pensioner.

Danny and Glyn arrived at the scheduled time at my property in Sheffield. They introduced themselves and were friendly and very cheerful, even when it was decided they would have to deliver the suite from the rear of my property! They made sure everything was ok and the furniture was where I wanted it to be. They fully explained how to use the remote control for the chair. If I buy anything again from SCS I hope they are the ones who will deliver. Fully recommend.
Chris and Mark arrived a little over the time slot but only by a few minutes. They impressed me how quickly assembled my chair and demostrated it for me
My two three seater sofas were delivered today by Brian and Paul, what a team they were professional from start to finish.
I purchased a sofa from Bridgend the service was great not pushy at all. Delivery took a bit longer but that can't be helped. Once Delivery was know I was informed of a rough time. Then I was phoned a half hour before Dai and Scott turned up. They brought the sofa in set it up and did a brilliant job. Very efficient.
