Diveinn hat meine Lampe dann als garantiefall an Apeks weitergeleitet und mein Geld wurde mir erstattet! Also TOP TOP TOP. Wenn man über einen im Ausland sitzenden Onlineshop so einen Garantiefall lösen kann finde ich das schon sehr gut!!! DANKE
Efetuei a compra baseada no tempo de entrega e a mesma só foi entregue cerca de 5 dias depois. Havia necessidade de receber no tempo garantido de entrega, pois os equipamentos eram para uma formação de bombeiros. Muito péssimo o serviço de entrega

Super Shop, tolle Marke! Man findet was man braucht und mit etwas Zeit und Geduld sogar deutlich billiger als in anderen Shops. Das liegt natürlich immer an der Üblichen Markt-Fluktuation, dennoch bin ich mehr als Happy mit der Seite und dem Shop und zögere nicht auch weiterhin Geld dort auszugeben. Die Versendung aus Spanien war Reibungslos und professionell! Immer wieder gerne =)

I bought a watch through Tradeinn / Diveinn. The first unfortunate experience was the promised delivery time explained on the website, which did not play out correct, which meant that I was not able to bring my dive watch on the dive vacation. Please mind that I had an additional four day buffer to the last estimated day (between 3-6 business days). When I got back from my vacation I had received the watch, however it did not work and had a malfunction. I have now been writing with them for a month and a half and I am still yet to 1) receive a new watch or 2) get my money back. The customer service is not helpful at all and every time I write them, a new person responds and does not spend the time going through the previous correspondence, which unfortunately means that everything needs to get repeated over and over again without us coming anywhere. This is very frustrating and all I wanted was to bring my new watch with me on vacation. 0 out of 5 stars from my side, however that is not possible so it's a 1 from me.

Pedí un artículo que estaba en el momento de la compra en stock, Salvimar Herramienta Vintair Pump, después de pagar, me sale que no hay stock y tarda en llegar y así pasaron 2 días, en este pedido tenía 3 artículos más, debieron darme opciones ya que no tenían el que había pedido, o enviar el pedido parcial y luego el faltante cuando llegara...entonces me toco eliminar el artículo del pedido para ver si así me envían el resto de artículos, mi pregunta es donde esta el dinero que pagué por ese artículo que no tenían stock y cuando me envían mi pedido?

Bonjour,commande reçu dans les temps.Un bien gros colis pour peu de chose a l’intérieur,ce qui serait bien c est de préciser le prix unitaire sur le "catalogue" surtout,quand on montre 3 articles de différentes couleur,on pourrait croire le lot,(bien que la couleur je m'en fiche),je trouve un peu cher 9€ le bouchon plastique embouti, en espérant que se soit recyclable (lol)Je suis déçu a ce niveau.
Mon colis a été perdu avant d'être remis au transporteur. Cela fait deux semaines que je me bats pour qu'ils me renvoient la commande ou me rembourse, en vain... J'ai envoyé plusieurs message et à chaque fois j'ai eu le droit a une réponse automatique et inutile. Client depuis plusieurs années c'est fini pour moi.
