The promptness of the teams reply to my query on returns was amazing. Within a couple hours someone reached back out to me to explain the process in a very courteous and professional manner. The products are excellent, however I had to return some socks - totally unused - due to their thickness relative to my hiking boots, plus my compromised feet. I would recommend this company for your outdoor "want to keep dry" needs. Check them out.
Great service from sealskinz. I ordered some socks which went missing in transit. Every time I have contacted them they have replied within minutes and they promptly sent me a replacement. When the replacement arrived, the original package arrived too so I contacted them to see what I should do and they said I can keep or donate them! Very highly recommended.

Great customer service. Had a pair of gloves that failed, quite old so out of warranty. Emailed to see if there was a way to reproof them. Sadly not, but customer service was really friendly and helpful and gave a discount on some new gloves.

I made an enquiry about the guarantee for some gloves that were starting to leak. Very quick response and was able to get equivalent replacement gloves within a day at no cost. Very impressed with communication and service.
I emailed this morning regarding a fault with an item I purchased some months ago. and by this evening it was resolved. A replacement item has been posted out to me. An extract from the email I received… We take all product concerns very seriously and log every faulty report as part of our continuous improvement process. This is great as they will try to fix the issue rather than just send out a placement with the potential risk of it happening again. Extremely helpful when I lost a brand new Sealskin cycling glove. This pair was a Christmas present and I was very sad to have lost it in Guildford. I did not think to contact you until I received an email asking me to take part in a survey.
First Class Customer service. Had a pair of waterproof socks which wore out at the heel on the inner lining after 18 months. Despite putting this down to wear and tear when i contacted them they gave me a voucher for a replacement pair. Couldnt ask for any better service than that.
Just had the most fantastic service from Sealskinz. Unfortunately I lost one of a pair of their mittens and asked them if they could help me with a replacement for the lost one. They explained they couldn't separate pairs but offered to go through their odds and ends to see if they could come up with one, and they did, brilliant, brilliant service from them. Many thanks to their Customer Service team, spot on!
