Kvaliteten af stolen er ganske fin, men leveringen trækker synderligt ned. Kunne se, at der også er en del andre, som har oplevet vanskeligheder ved leveringen. Fair, at der er lang leveringstid, men så burde I nok opdatere jeres forventede leveringstid på jeres platform. Den forventede leveringstid er 2-4 hverdage og nu på hverdag 10, har vi kun modtaget halvdelen af vores ordre. Vi mangler stadig en stol, som PostNord har oplyst, at de vil levere i dag, men ikke har gjort alligevel, så den dukker nok først op i næste uge. Virkelig irriterende, at det hele ikke kommer samtidigt. Udmærket kvalitet og kundeservice fra Secretlab, men I bør nok genoverveje jeres distributions samarbejdspartnere, eller nedsætte ambitiøsiteten og hæve den forventede leveringstid.
Horribly designed arm rest that dont last 4 years infact my arm rests have been in horrible shape for a long time now ive just never been able to buy new arm rests im just putting the review now because i looked again and what do you know no option to buy armrests for a 4 year old chair..

Secretlab is absolutely the best!!! The chair has been amazingly comfortable for 2 years now, I regularly nap in it using the full recline feature, and it looks great at my desk. The customer service I received when claiming an issue over warranty was super fast and easy to work with. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a great desk chair, and not necessarily just a "gaming chair."

After a brief conversation, I received a case number, and the subsequent email correspondence continued smoothly with clear instructions on what they needed from me. Edit: la silla tiene un montón de defecos no propios de esta silla y su precio. He reclamado, haber cual es su solucion. De momento a una mal formación debido al transporte me dicen que la corrija aplicando presión con los dedos, y listo. Risas. En general bien. La atención al cliente es rápida, el producto es de calidad. Tardaron en entregarme el paquete pero era por festividades polacas, que tienen el 1 y 3 de mayo festivo he hicieron puente y sufrió retraso. Tuve que cancelar el pedido en primera instancia, porque a las 4 horas hicieron las rebajas de primavera, y en mi pedido no tenía dichos descuentos. La cancelación no es inmediata, depende del estado de proceso de envío, el mío entró en tiempo sino... El tema devoluciones es la mayor pega, es un vulto de 36kg, y el cliente se hace cargo de los portes, imagínate pagarlos de vuelta a Polonia (100€ creo que no te los quita nadie) ... Saludos.
