Excellent service after having contacted them to inform them of an item that had broken just weeks after its purchase date. They responded very quickly and offered a replacement which arrived within the timeframe stated.

I have bought many Sekonda watches over the years and always found them to be reliable, attractive and good value. This is my first experience of a Sekonda smartwatch which I chose for its smart design and, because it came with a complimentary second strap. Although this product does not have all the features of the most advanced smartwatches, it comes at a much lower price and provides all the information that I need. My main criticism is that I did not find it easy to set up and didn't find the instructions very helpful. A particular frustration was with the clock faces because I wanted to delete most of the preloaded ones and install some of my own choices from the App. I only found out by complaining to Sekonda that the preloaded faces cannot be removed and that you can only install one replacement. If you install a second, it will delete the first. Whilst I think this is an area for improvement, I have been impressed by the response from Sekonda and am pleased with my watch now that I have come to understand it better.
