Well done Seraphine ! We ordered lots for our daughters visit home. Initially though it seemed ther4 was a despatch daly and clothes would not arrive on time. I used the Chat support and we ended up a delivery right on time with tracked delivery. Thanks for listening and sorting ! She loves her clothes btw.

Ho provato a contattare più volte il corriere personalmente (cosa che dovrebbe invece gestire il venditore) e mi rispondono che è il mittente che deve sbloccare la consegna. Il servizio clienti, che dovrebbe gestire la pratica, non mi risponde da giorni via email e non hanno un recapito telefonico a cui far riferimento. Consiglio vivamente di cambiare il corriere che è il peggiore sul mercato (per di più su spedizioni internazionali...follia!)

Es ist unglaublich, ich habe die Retoure an die von Siraphine angegebene Adresse zurückgeschickt, kommuniziere jetzt seit März mit Siraphine! Habe alle Belege und Fotos der Retoure geschickt-Siraphine weigert sich einfach mir den Betrag von immerhin 139,00€ gutzuschreiben! Eine Unverschämtheit die seinesgleichen sucht! So etwas ist mir noch nie passiert!! Ich zeige das Unternehmen jetzt an, da ich nicht nur 23,00€ für die Retoure zahlen musste und noch 139,85€ für Ware die ich nicht habe!!!! Anna Heger

Khadijah from customer service helped me alot. An post seems they lost my parcel as i received a notification that they have my parcel and it should be delivered in the next working day. A week later, the tracking was the same. I contacted the customer service who refunded the delivery and placed a new order with express delivery.

Customer relations were very helpful, my postage fee was returned. After a lot of tooing and froing with An Post the item arrived after 14 days.
