The flower’s received, I understand by a third party that they are of quality. Unfortunately they look very sparse an nothing like the displayed picture selling the flowers. Very disappointed.

I've had no real issues with ordering. Perhaps it could be clearer re the card/message, as it asks if you want a card or if not just have a message and then I was charged the same price as a card. I think the option to just send a small, quick message would be useful. Both times I have sent bouquets, they have been beautifully presented and very well received.

Flowers delivered day late, in battered Box and flowers barely alive. Disgusted. Complained and sent photos to serenata who have yet to respond. After care support seems non existent. Will not use again after using them for many years.
My friend was very pleased indeed with the flowers.
Box was delivered upside down with a smashed vase. It was quite evident that there was broken glass inside. Driver said nothing. Delivered at front door and left. A replacement vase arrived 2 days,later!.

I spent 35 on flowers, and wanted to put short message on card with them, this is usually free, not this company, want to charge extra fro happy birthday and 2 names. 4.00 quid! We decided it was to much, it should be free, when they arrived, the recipient had no idea who they were from, and had to ask all the family, This is really bad, also said arrive between 4 and 6.it didn't, came at. 9.45 at night. First time and never again!
I was surprised at how late in the day the flowers were delivered, (according to the delivery message I received), since I had placed my order many days in advance. These flowers were for my sister for her birthday, and I feel the day should have started off with a happy feeling of receiving flowers. Just disappointed the day was almost over when the flowers were delivered. We are at the mercy of the florist to do a first class job. For me, that will not happen again.
