Really impressed. I had initial reservations as my UGG shoes were coming from Australia but there was no issue at all. The communication was fabulous, the parcel was sent with Australia post and then handed to Royal mail, updates sent at each stage. No issue with customs. My Uggs look top notch, really pleased, thanks for great service and great shoes.
I was having some issues applying a code to my basket online. I contacted the customer service email, and Hamza found that there was an issue with the item that I wanted. He promptly provided a solution and I completed my order.

I ordered moncler rick owens boots so when they went to process my order theyve told me they would refund them theyve not only taken my money out of my account without refunding they have took it 2 times and put my account into the negatives with no refund i have literally been robbed and received nothing
Reurned the order as I wanted a different colour polo shirt, and they sent the same polo I had returned back. Plus no customer service to call, just chat bots. Not really happy with the service I received so far, now I have to return the return again.
Do not order from this company! I returned an order with a value of approx £800 and have provided proof from the delivery company that it was successfully returned to them. I’ve been chasing them for weeks with no response, they finally come back saying I need to claim the money from my bank! Crazy. Their warehouse has lost the item, they ignore my emails, and deny all responsibility. Will need to progress via an ombudsman service as the customer service is appalling When you consider buying from this company, just look at the number of negative reviews on here. There are many… and the majority of times things run smoothly but when it doesn’t, that’s when companies show their true colours! Wish I’d taken a look beforehand Google reviews also show numerous others having the same issue. Update: I used the delivery courier they recommended, with clear tracking details of the package showing it was successfully returned to them and a proof of postage… they insist that I send CCTV footage of me physically posting the item to further prove I posted it. I’ll let readers decide if this seems reasonable
I mistakenly forgot to account for the size difference between the UK and the US. Shanaye was extremely attentive, polite and efficient in solving the problem. They were able to change the order so that was that it was no longer necessary for me to reorder the correct size, hoping it would still be in stock. Thank again!

Have to return an item. Went through customer service and spoke to Shanaye. Fantastic help. Now I need to return and wait for a refund let's hope that goes as well.

Great delivery and return options! I received my parcel in good condition and in good time. My purchase was well packaged and great quality, Will definitely order from Sevenstore again. Would love more sales and bigger discounts,especially on older collections and wish certain items were restocked quicker but still a great shopping experience.
Firstly I bought an item for no reason because the item had been listed with the wrong description. Therefore, I sent an email Stating that I wanted a returns label for free instead of the £2. This was sorted and the email with returns label was then sent. I got my refund for the hoodie but not the £2 for the returns label. I then followed this up with more emails saying I’m owed the £2 for the returns label to which I was told nearly 2 weeks ago the refund had been issued. I still haven’t received my full refund yet. Honestly I’m not that skint that I need £2, but if you owe someone money you pay them back the correct amount. All of this wouldn’t have even been an issue if the hoodie was listed correctly in the first place. Absolutely useless
DPD attempted to deliver my order once before sending my parcel back to Seven Store. Unfortunately this means that I will receive a refund for my order and as the items have now sold out I will probably miss out. Hamza was extremely helpful and has left a note in attempt to get the parcel re-sent once it arrives back at the warehouse. Hopefully this works and I will receive my purchase
