My experience with shape llx was okay, pretty good. I thought I was going to have a big issue with the return. But everything followed through. It was not bad at all. All of my items arrived although not at one time but I did receive every item. I will continue to shop. And be a good customer. I purchased 5 garments and they were all too big after following the chart for my size the quality looks good but they are worthless to me because of the customer service. I tried to exchange them and they offered me a solution to only replace one that’s not fair. I will purchase somewhere else. All I asked was to exchange them I didn’t even want money back just a good fit

The shapewear is well made and has good compression. Very impressive!
Fast shipping. I'm amazed with the result of the amour short. It made look snatched and two size smaller. Very comfortable could wear it daily if need. My fupa no longer shows. Only con is that I had hard time with buttons. But still amazing.

I ordered a faja and I didn’t like it so I contacted them and although they dud take about 3 days to get back to me, they emailed me the shipping logo and will be refunding me. I ordered a different faja from them but I’m waiting to receive it.
I never received my items or my money back please help asap
