Excellent quality! Although these are not the most inexpensive option out there, they are by far the best in terms of comfort and fit according to both my husband and teenage son.

Items arrived on time and were true to description and claim. Very comfortable and supportive in all areas. Sizes fit as expected and wear well.
I have the 3 pairs of boxers a quarter option and had an issue where I got 3 identical pairs. I was upset at first, however my issue was resolved very quickly and they shipped out two new ones of my choice right away. Very happy with my purchase and the service I got.

I was going to order a suit for the Kentucky Derby but the blazer was out of stock. I contacted customer support and the blazer was not going to be back in stock in time. I decided to order the pants anyway but noticed a price difference when ordering separates. I contacted support again and asked if I could get the pants for the same price as if I was ordering the suit. I didn’t expect them to say yes but got a very quick response from customer service with a discount code that almost made up for the difference in price. Awesome customer service.
I've already fallen in love with Shinesty's boxer shorts. The way the hammock cradles the balls is unbeatable. The increase in bulge is definitely noticeable and my girlfriend loves it. I decided to try a slightly different style of boxer shorts and they fit a bit differently. I reached out to Shinesty and their customer service was amazing. Tin made things right and made me feel appreciated. Way to go Shinesty!
Been a customer for 1.5 years and my wife and I enjoy the comfortable and fun clothes on the daily. I would rate 5 stars on that alone, but the customer service deserves it too. I have a monthly couples subscription, and we unfortunately got the same print two months in a row. I contacted customer service to see how we could prevent that in the future. They apologized, made it right and explained how they were working to prevent the issue in the future. Fast and friendly - Tin and the team get a gold star.
Customer service is phenomenal! If you subscribe for 12 months then the pricing is reasonable, but purchasing them 1 off is expensive, despite being the BEST underwear EVER!!
The women’s undergarments are SUPER comfortable and have some pretty cool designs. When I had an issue with an order I emailed them on a Sunday morning and I heard back from them within 10 minutes! Great customer service.
I had originally submitted a very poor review based on my order being lost in transit and not much communication but that has been changed and changed quickly. As soon as Shinesty learned there was the possibility of the lost package they immediately sent me another order within a few hours of my contacting them with the info they had asked for. Keep up the good work!!
They're customer service is amazing! Anytime you need anything they're on point! And their products are super comfy my hubby says.
I started a Shinesty subscription for my boyfriend and I in February. In March when it came time for our first scheduled shipment the order never processed and I never received any communication as to why. After trying the “send order now” option and still it wouldn’t process, I reached out to customer service. They were able to help me get the issue fixed but when the system detected the problem (updating payment info) there should have been an automated email sent. Once the info was updated I was able to have the order processed which I still haven’t received due to slow shipping. I placed another separate order 2 days after my subscription order and I’ve already received it because it was sent through a different shipping company. The subscription prices might be lower but so far I’m not impressed with the process

Hands down the best customer service and IMMEDIATE response and resolving of our issue. Shinesty truly went above and beyond and I can truly say that we (girlfriend and I) love your products! If we were to give one note it would this: Use the same material (COMFORTABLE) with the Women's products too! We are hoping the boyshorts are more comfortable. I will say, all in all, we look forward to a long relationship with Shinesty! God Bless!
I was missing a subscription delivery (first time in 2 years). Not only did they keep in constant contact with me but they immediately shipped out a new order with tracking and were very professional and helpful overall. Very easy and worry free customer care.
awesome customer service. We had a minor issue and they did not hesitate to resolve it promptly, professionally and with kindness and enthusiasm. Shinesty has now replaced all the other brands in my husbands drawer.
