Unfortunate experience. I didn’t get the gift promised to everyone who purchased for over £100 even though the offer was still active on the website. Quite unexpected approach from a respected company.
Excellent service
I bought two gift sets totalling £138, but it went through as two separate transaction of £69 each. I tried to cancel the first transaction, as it went in error, it would not let me. There was a free gift if you spent over £90 which I did, i tapped in SUN to get my free gift and it would not allow it. I spent a couple of minutes keeping on trying, but to no avail. I only bought the two gift sets to qualify for the SUN offer. Eliza from customer services told me that they cannot give me the gift even though i sent screenshots and you can clearly see i qualified for the free gift. They offered me a 10% voucher off my next purchase instead. I won't be shopping for any more gifts at Shiseido so the 10% voucher is a waste of time, I will buy my friends NO 7 instead! Shame because I liked the presentation of their products and they made lovely gifts. Just seen the reply and I don't think they could even be bothered to read my review! I don't want their 10%. I wanted my free gift
The products are amazing iv been using them for many years its a magic in a bottle all any of the products you use cannot fault. The packaging is nice too

The bottle received as a gift is made of cheap materials, the colour is already coming off and I’ve only used it once. The products are nice, but it just made the experience a bit cheap!

Shisedos bronze compact is rather like a veil which I use over completely white skin all year round. I then top with a spray of 50spf It’s fabulous, non cakey and very natural. Nothing I have tried comes close!!!!!
Colour was much paler than shown on line and not as matte as expected
