Straight up easy, non-flashey web site. I only drink organically grown grapes / organic wine, and they always have a fine selection. And I'm always pleased : AND swift delivery, as i live way out in the boondocks.
Everything was fine but shipping is high.

The shipment was sent all over & made no sense as it was in Iowa & then it went to Illinois before returning to Iowa for delivery. Otherwise the product was of quality it was just the shipment weirdness & taking a long time to arrive.

Horrible delivery service that you partner with — GLS. My delivery was ‘attempted’ three days in a row. Two of the days I waited in my apartment lobby, although you’d think a delivery driver would know how to use a call box. Never got my order because it was sent back due to their negligence and lack of effort.

Paid for overnight shipping and it took two days to arrive but I was not available.
I placed my order and paid for it three days ago. I never received an email confirmation though did get an order ID and confirmation after they took my payment. I requested and paid for overnight shipping as well. I have tried calling and get no answer. I sent two emails as well since that was the preferred method and still no response. At this point it feels like a scam to me.
Read other blogs before ordering and saw a consistent complaint that they did not get what was ordered and the vendor does not have customer service to address problems. I hoped they were incorrect because the item I ordered was not available anywhere within 90 miles from my home so I took my chances being forewarned. I did not receive the correct item I ordered and received no response to my email to their customer service. Will not order from them again.

I have ordered from this company for several years. There is a huge variety of items to select from that I am unable to find elsewhere. Deliveries have always been on time and accurate. I have only contacted customer service one time with a question and they were friendly and helpful.
I received what I ordered expertly packed in a timely manner. The wine was good too.
