Loved the boots I ordered from Shuperb, arrived properly. I also had a problem that I'd sent them back an order that belonged to another firm. Their customer services (Laura) was fantastic, and through phone calls and emails sorted out my mistake. Thank you

Shocking customer service - Avoid!

I bought a pair of slippers from this company and wish I had never chosen to buy from them. The slippers are poor quality (shedding fluff and the insoles are not fully attached). After contacting customer service to ask for help, first I was told I had to send them some photos (which I did, although you couldn't really tell what the issue was from the photos), then I was told that the quality control team had said it wasn't a manufacturing issue, that I was using the slippers improperly (I had only tried them on!) and that therefore I would not be able to return them or receive a refund for them. I bet that's what they say to all their customers who want to return a faulty product. Shameful. I spoke to someone on their customer service line who was very rude to me, asking me if 'I was done' when I was explaining what the issue was and saying that I was doing strenuous activity in the slippers... she even asked if I was exercising in them?! Again, I told her I had only tried them on. I've been told I can't return the slippers as they are not deemed faulty and if I do return them I will need to pay £5 for them to send them back to me. Never heard of anything like this before. Just shocking. Avoid at all costs! *Edit: by looking at their argumentative reply below, you can judge for yourself what kind of customer service this company offers. It is indeed not my problem (or the customer’s problem more generally), what the manufacturers say (providing this has even happened) based on some photos. That is between you and the manufacturers - customers shouldn’t be involved in these disputes. I was rightly annoyed by your unprofessional behaviour - do not attempt to make me pass as rude. If as soon as I’ve received a product, which I’ve only tried on, I can see that the product is faulty, it is my right as a customer to return the item. I contacted the company on the same day I had received the item to ask for a resolution, and they are still asking me whether I used the slippers or not, or like the lady on the phone, if I had exercised in them!? I’ve never encountered a company that stops you from returning a faulty item and have now reported them to Trading Standards. From other reviews I can also see that they already have a number of legal proceedings against them from other unhappy customers. Stay away, they only waste your time and energy.

Repeatedly Defective Boots, Poor Customer Service

I purchased a pair of boots from them via Amazon that turned out to be defective. After contacting customer service, they agreed to send me a replacement, which was a decent gesture. However, the second pair of boots was also defective, showing the exact same issues as the first. This clearly indicates a serious quality problem with their products or their suppliers. When I asked for a refund, their response was that they needed to hear back from their supplier. This is unacceptable—I'm their customer, not their supplier's customer. It's their responsibility to ensure the products they sell are of satisfactory quality, as required by UK law. Instead of taking responsibility, they’re passing the buck. I expect a refund, not another defective replacement. Their handling of this situation has been slow and unhelpful. If this is the level of service and product quality I can expect, I won't be shopping here again. If you're considering buying from them, be aware that if you encounter an issue, you might be left dealing with their suppliers instead of getting a straightforward resolution. Disappointing customer service and low-quality products. Not recommended. Representative slow to respond.

I had an initial problem ordering on the website so I emailed Shuperb out of hours. I had a very swift reply by the MD who took on my problem immediately. The matter was resolved within 24 hours and I was able to complete my order via the telephone with Sonal who was most polite and professional. Their Customer Service is excellent and I am pleased to say that I am a returning customer. Very attentive and interested in solving my issue. Thank you Sarfraz 😍 It's not often a company will resolve an issue at this level but I am most impressed. Would certainly recommend. JT

Waiting for a refund on a pair trainers…

Waiting for a refund on a pair trainers which didn’t fit me. They say I’ve worn them, which I did for a short while indoors to try them, so no refund! Their photo shows very slight wear on one shoe, (which was probably present when I received them, from a previous customer trying on?) but nothing on the other. I certainly didn’t wear just the one trainer out! Their word against mine..will have to start photographing the soles of shoes on arrival from now on!! Update..Shuperb are returning the trainers to me FOC so I can try to sell them...hopefully I will be able to recoup some of the cost. 26/03/24

Still waiting I spoke to you on Tuesday I was informed that you had received your slippers back and was told you had the size and colour I wanted in stock. Was again informed I would have the slippers in two days. It is Saturday at 13.00hrs still no slippers. I have bought elsewhere for myself and wanted your slippers for a present but looks like they won't arrive in time !!! Watch this space

On the 20th of Feb I placed my order they were too big so I sent them back on the same day I received them asking for an exchange I am still waiting. It is the 7th March.

I was uncertain about ordering with this company as I had not heard of them before. They were £25 cheaper than FitFlop for the same sandal. I am so glad that I made the plunge and ordered. The order came quicker than a previous FitFlop order - I sent this FitFlop order back and was £25 better off !

Are these seconds ?

I bought these as a replace for my beloved Rhodes , straight away I felt that these might be seconds ! The foot bed inner constantly flips out and is rough and uncomfortable in my feet , they feel lighter than my first pair ( bought elsewhere) Definitely disappointed ☹️

Returned a pair of Muck Boots as they were too large. Status says on 29th Jan 24 return accepted but as of 3rd March still no refund. Do not use this company.

SHUPERBLY AWFUL. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT FOLLOW THE CONSUMER RIGHTS ACT

This company blatantly disregards the Consumer Rights Act, leaving you vulnerable to potential issues with your order. Their customer service is abysmal, showing no regard for the law. Even with delivery mishaps, they shift blame onto you, despite the delivery contract lying between them and the courier. In my instance, the delivery company left the parcel in an unsafe location—a bin—leading to its loss, a location I did not designate as safe. Despite this, Shuperb refuses to issue a refund or send a replacement. Don't just take my word for it; look at the numerous negative reviews on Trustpilot and other review sites. It's an unscrupulous company that forsakes customer care once they've pocketed your money. Approach with caution

Still waiting for a refund!!!!

I ordered some boots off Amazon from this seller, the boots arrived quickly but when I opened them they were the wrong boots, I sent them back straight away and they received them on 15th Feb. I am still waiting for a refund on 24th Feb, I have emailed 3 times and keep getting told to wait for my money which they took for the wrong item sent. Worst customer experience ever and I order with Amazon most weeks. Please refund ASAP
