The website was well designed with several blogs explaining various factors to consider and the different types of shutters and fixing methods. I also ordered a free sample of shutter pieces of different colours to help me make the best choice. The measuring guide was straightforward including how much to detract for tolerance for final submission. The callback before taking payment and production is very useful. They check how you measured and if you subtracted for tolerance. I was also given feedback on a choice in respect of one of my window sizes which resulted in me taking their advice and making a change to the order. They also checked I was aware of the different framing options for the French Doors and I confirmed I was aware and kept my original choice. The agent sent a link where my original order details were present with changes discussed in the call highlighted in yellow - press the button to confirm changes and payment occurs. This is the first time I've considered shutters and I was impressed with the overall information and process so far. Looking forward to the finished product arriving.
