They have a great range of mattresses to suit all budgets. We invested in one of the more expensive mattresses and couldn't be happier. We're both sleeping much better, with no aches and pains. Arrranging delivery was easy too.

AMAZING MATTRESS! The third one I’ve bought online and this one is not going back- great for those with back/neck issues and fibromyalgia. Also found the delivery really easy (professional, called beforehand, actually unpacked the mattress on my bed) and they even picked up my old mattress. Fully recommend buying direct from Silentnight, even though I will not need to use their return or exchange guarantee.

We needed a new mattress for a while. Was looking at Emma and Simba ones but I wasn’t sold on them. Took a chance buying this but so glad we did. We’ve had this new mattress for over a month and it’s brilliant. We opted for the free recycling service which was great. Would absolutely recommend it. Perfect for a restless sleeper as you can’t feel the other one moving about. Edge to edge firmness. Super comfy. No more waking up achy and tired. 100% recommend.

I ordered the basic Pocket Springs Essential 600 becaue I require a soft mattress. When I took it out of the plastic, I noticed that there were several dirty marks around the side of the mattress. More worryingly, there's a very strong chemical smell which is giving me strong headaches and eczema when I try to sleep on it. This is particularly disconcerting because I've bought a few mattresses from Silent Night in the past without any issue, the most recent of which was in 2016. What on earth has changed in the ensuing 8 years? I'd also point out that it's just a basic mattress with polyester filling. It's not the "bed in the box"/memory foam type which are notorious for off-gassing. There's no reason for it to smell this strongly, when the three Silent Night mattresses I'd ordered before this were all fine.

Our dogs love their Silent night beds, they stay longer in these beds than any previous we have had which suggests they both are very comfortable...we would buy them again
Lady at customer service seemed ok but thats it really. So I ordered a matress 4 guest bedroom. After about 8 or 9 months (or so) I decided to use it since my older matress had seen better days. Most uncomfortable matress ive ever slept on. My poor guests. I rang customer service & informed them that since it was still within the timeframe could I get a refund? They told me I could only swap it out and would have to make up the additional costs etc. What? I explained that simba would refund u In their peace of mind period, so why can't they? etc. She then said go on the website & use automated system & it should tell u what bed is best 4 your needs. I said I'd try there brand at bed store & get back to them, only to be informed most of their mattresses aren't available to try out. I asked how would I know I wasn't making another mistake since their automated system guided me the first time(& now I was told its a 1 time swap & can't send it back). So yes, I will never use silent night again and will stick to a fairer and more comfortable brand and should never have left simba to begin with. Hence what happens when u try to save a few quid. Lesson learned.

Good price compared to similar products. Speedy delivery. Our 12 year old springer seems to love it which is the most important thing.
Worst possible service ever. The delivery company PANTHER sends out low paid, inexperienced, untrained, not speaking English staff to deliver mattresses! The first time they delivered, they were unable to understand where to put the mattress and when they unpacked, they soiled it with dirty hands. I asked for replacement. Second time around (3 weeks after), they fail to give me a slot, they keep changing their time, eventually I receive a call from the driver to give me a time estimate, only to arrive late, and call me once (never rang a bell, never contacted the porter). I didn't take the call as I was in the toilet, rang them back immediately after, only to see their white van outside my building, hearing their phone ringing, them ignoring me and driving away!! Customer services was immensely slow to respond and unable to do anything else but offering me an alternative date. I took time off work to wait for them, I sleep for 3 weeks in a soiled, by PANTHER staff mattress, the mattress is outside my premises, because I didn't want to repeat my previous experience and basically, I have nowhere to sleep today!! Honestly, worst service even in my life. Even developed countries offer better services.

Kept informed on progress of delivery and times of my new mattress. Arrived on time and 2 x staff members were on-hand to deliver and take away the old one. The is the second purchase in as little as 4 x months, so I am very pleased with Silentnight products. Prices were very reasonable and I was able to use a discount code too - bonus. Very highly recommended.
Simple, easy purchase with on-time delivery and pick-up, all at a reasonable price.
Easy to use the website - feedback and quick positive reaction to changes to order. Only negative was the refusal of the delivery company to take the old mattress away - they claimed this was not part of the deal when in fact it was. This was rectified later by the Silent Night help desk but it did mean some wasted time and energy.
I made a complaint and it was dealt with straight away and no quibbles. I have always bought beds from them and I and my family will continue to use the company.
Good communication delivered within time frame…operatives were polite and identified themselves. They wore shoe protector’s and completed task in good time. Overall excellent experience
