Ich habe zum ersten Mal bei skims bestellt. Bestellung wurde schnell versandt, keine zusätzlichen Zollkosten. Leider bin ich mit dem Produkten gar nicht happy, die bestellte Shapeware war nach 1x Tragen defekt; nicht nur ein bisschen, sondern so dass ich das Teil entsorgen muss. Der Bra passte leider überhaupt nicht, habe mich genau an die Sizing Table & den Calculator gehalten. Auch der Body war viel zu klein. Werde nicht mehr bestellen. Der Kundenservice ist aber super & sehr hilfsbereit!
My first time wearing this particular body suit and it was uncomfortable but I tried to wear again under my strapless dress for Mother’s Day and it ripped when I was trying to pull it up. I’m so mad that I wasted $70 on this item. I do love the other bodysuits by skims but this one is horrible.
the quality of the items are absolutely appalling, and the returns process is extremely difficult and temperamental. The customer service is frustrating and I would implore you to save your money and order from somewhere else.
I’ve been wearing SKIMS for a few years now and I do love the products however I have noticed a difference in the quality of some items. My recent purchase was what I expected, the problem is that it took almost a month to get to me. Usually it doesn’t take more than 2 weeks. I needed the items for an event and couldn’t use them because I didn’t get them in time.
Skims customer service is really bad... I worked in customer service for years and that company is a disappointment. The response time to resolving an issue takes days and even then they don't really offer much help. The company is mostly online in stock and they don't offer exchanges. They charge for shipping and they also charge for returns. When placing an order an immediately after seeing the wrong color was being sent, they said they can't change it even when unfulfilled. So now I have to pay to return and pay to have the correct one sent all while they could simply fix it. Even after explaining I paid extra to have it shipped and arriving on time before I leave to a trip. I won't buy her items any more unless they are sold at Nordstrom. It's a disappointment.

It took forever to come in the mail! A week after delivery date. Then! I only received one bra, but paid for 2. The one I received it cheaply made, too small and uncomfortable. It does push the girls up but I doubt I’ll wear it. I should have went to Victoria Secret ;( a big disappointment.

Shipping is slow slow slow! Pay the extra to get your item or you will be waiting almost 2 weeks. Customer service is no help. When you ask a question they circle around the answer. Wish they would make it clear if your item shipped if it says out of stock. Who knows!
