Very competitive pricing, which was reduced further to cover international shipment to Virginia, USA. All the items were exactly as described with original sealed packaging. Good notice with tracking number provided. In the USA there is just not much Campagnolo, especially new old stock in 10 speed. Your site is booked mark for future requirements.
Order arrived quickly and for a good price. Only downside was I did not receive any order confirmation email or dispatch email, so a star is dropped for that.

Bad experience with these guys. I bought a Wilier bike and a crack appeared in the top tube within first year of purchase. I was referred to Wilier to claim on their 5yr warranty but the manufacturer rejected it saying the crack was caused by a clamp or a bike rack. I don't own any such equipment and believe the crack may be result of poor carbon construction. Wilier took a photo that showed "clamp marks" but no such marks are visible on the frame nor can you feel them. Despite my appeals (after happily taking my money) Slane weren't at all interested in my case - basically hiding behind the manufacturer's spurious decision. I don't trust the frame to spend money fixing it. I wouldn't buy Wilier or any product from Slane again.

Got the product I wanted quickly. However, service was let down by communication. The first I heard back from Slane Cycles was the Trustpilot review request. I did not receive (email) order confirmation or despatch advice, my order was showing as 'pending' on the website. I called and emailed asking when it would be despatched but no response. I will probably buy from Slane Cycles again, but please improve the communication so I can go with 5 starts next time.
Wanted new carbon wheels for road bike, liked particular set of Mavic wheels and saw Slane Cycles had great deal on them. Had couple of queries over spec / suitability which Paul at Slane Cycles promptly clarified and advised me on. Went ahead with ordering and had a great experience; excellent contact / customer care, shipping was quick & wheels arrived in perfect condition - even had some extra padding in box by Slane Cycles, which helped protect during transport. Overall very pleased with the wheels, great price and simply excellent customer service from Slane Cycles team. Would recommend and buy from them again hopefully.
When I missed the cut off for next day delivery they called me to discuss my options. Given it was over the weekend, I decided to use their standard mailing instead and they refunded the next day charge immediately.. the product arrived as expected.. can't fault the customer service..
