Today was my first experience of shopping at Slater Menswear Cardiff, which was recommended to me by a work colleague. I was actually dreading the unenviable task of finding a suit for my son's wedding. We were welcomed by Abdel (sorry if the spelling is incorrect :-/) who asked if he could help, I told him what I needed and the colour, and within 20 minutes I was walking out of the store with a 3 piece suit which fitted like a glove, he even recommended a tie to compliment the suit. I can honestly say, this was the most relaxed, stress free clothes shopping trip that I have ever experienced, all made possible, thanks to the great customer service received from Abdel.
Shirts were really good quality but as we needed 11 for a wedding not all fitted each individual comfortably so had to return them

This purchase arrived on time, and of a decent quality. As I had previously ordered a smaller fitting suit, the exchange and refund was quick and very straight forward.
The colour of the tie was completely different as to what was advertised. Very disappointed
The slaters website is excellent, it’s the courier aDFD that sends a delivery date and never keeps it , always 2-3 days later than the given date
I ordered shirts from slaters as they are smashing quality. Normally shop in store and the service is always first class.
