I dealt with Louise and the customer service could not have been better. She kept me up to date about the delivery date. They delivered the armchairs within 2 weeks of been ordered and they arranged a time that suited me. The delivery boys were very much on time and the chairs are of great quality. The service is much better than any other big furniture company. I love my chairs and they look great in the living room!

Love the sofa. Just like the picture and good quality. The ‘bed’ part is very sturdy when it’s out. We are very happy with it. Delivery men were great too, sound and on time.
The quality of the sofas are excellent and the price was the best I found. The wait time was only 3 weeks for delivery. The delivery service is excellent, they took all the packaging away and assembled the sofa legs for a very small fee. I would highly recommend SLF24.
The product delivered to us was exactly as it was in the pictures on the website. We were expecting the delivery to be long and we were very pleased with the quality of the product we received and are enjoying our new purchase. I specifically like the fact that we can order additional things and have the option to order them later in the same colour and material. The only improvement point we’d recommend is making sure the instructions are upgraded because some of the steps didn’t apply to us when we set up the sofa so it took longer than expected.

The courier company were also most efficient and reliable. The sofa bed is a great addition to our living room . We love the quality , style and comfort.
Great customer service and very quick to send out colour swatches. Colour of sofa exactly as shown on screen. Sofa bed itself is quite hard and not the comfiest I've ever slept on. Legs also very stiff the first time we opened it up but nothing a screwdriver couldn't fix with a bit of brute force!
We had a great experience with SLF24. We ordered the Flic Double Sofa Bed and it arrived very quickly and was delivered straight to our second floor bedroom with no issues. The sofa looks just as pictured on the website. I was a bit concerned about the sizing before ordering but it fits perfectly in our box room and works well as both a couch and a sofa bed when we have guests over. Very impressed with the overall service.

I had to order a lot of furnitures over the past couple of months to furnish a new house. SLF24 was one of most pleasant company I dealt with in the process. Communication was clear, customer service was pleasant and most of all they delivered when they said they would and made sure the time worked for me. The sofa itself is lovely and corresponds to the description. I haven't used it yet as it is a sofa bed for a guest room, but the quality seems very good for the price.
