The product is good quality. I am overall happy, however questioning whether I received the Gen8 Transitions I paid for. My glasses do not become total clear indoors, as advertised. The time from order to delivery was 20 days, considerably longer than I anticipated.
BEWARE!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I bought 12 boxes of contacts from this company and I opened one box to go and wear the contacts, and they are defective!! I notified the company and had to deal with over 15 emails back and forth asking for silly information. I then had to ship it back to them on my dime!! I am shocked that they sold me a defective item, they weren't even going to return the one box I opened (I ask how do you try on contacts, without opening a box), no response with that question. They wouldn't even take responsibility for selling defective contacts, and then to make the buyer pay for the return is just insane. I DO NOT recommend them, and will never shop here again.

I have purchased the exact same pair for 2.5 times the price in store. They were identical arrived quickly, and I was able to pop the lenses out of my broken glasses into the new frames in 10 minutes.

I was very skeptical at first because I have read mixed reviews of fakes vs real. I took my chances and ordered a pair of Prada sunnies bc the price was unbeatable. It was being sent from Hong Kong and the website clearly states they have 4 overseas locations including HK which I didn’t question - but other people think just because it’s being sent from HK they will receive a fake…However, that was not the case with mine. It was extremely fast delivery to Canada! Came in great shape, no flaws. The box, the case, the lens cleaner, everything was branded perfectly, great quality and was 100% authentic. I am very satisfied with my purchase and would purchase again!
