The weekly updates are a fantastic feature so you know where your order is at without having to chase them up. They have a extensive selection and the virtual try on feature give you a real view of how the glasses will look on you

An item I had ordered was unfortunately out of stock. However, someone was in touch with me very quickly, and I was able to order a replacement order immediately. Any further communication or questions I had were dealt with very quickly - I was very impressed! Honestly, I was cautious of ordering glasses online, but this experience set my mind at ease. Oh, and the products are perfect, so no complaints there either!

I was impressed that I was emailed about my prescription in case I had made a mistake. I'm long sighted in one eye and short sighted in the other eye.
Couldn’t see through glasses despite being right prescription
Website is user friendly and the selfie option is very clever for purchasing glasses online! Ordering was easy and I received the glasses within 2 weeks. Really happy with the prescription and quality of the glasses will definitely reorder and go for a more adventurous pair now that I know it's a legit site! One criticism is that the tracking didn't work until then day of delivery and the website went down a few times when checking, so I wasn't sure if I was going to get them or whether I was going to receive a customs bill! From my knowledge as long as your glasses are under 100e it shouldn't flag the customs charges, they also split the order into 2 packages which is handy for avoiding charges
