Ich empfehle euch hier nicht einzukaufen! Ich habe nicht an dem besagten Raffle teilgenommen, trotzdem wurden mir die Schuhe zugesendet. Ich setzte mich also mit dem Support in Verbindung um die nicht bestellten Schuhe zurückzusenden. Dort sagte man mir, dass eine Retoure erst nach Erhalt der Schuhe möglich ist. Zudem wurde mir in dem Gespräch von vor 3 Tagen noch eine kostenlose Retoure zugesichert. Heute kamen die Schuhe und ich kontaktierte erneut den Support um mein kostenloses Retourenlabel zu erhalten. Auf einmal ist es nicht mehr möglich eine Retoure ohne Kosten zu erhalten. Was soll dieser Müll?! Erst wird mir etwas zugesichert und plötzlich ist es nicht mehr möglich. Ich werde ab sofort meine Finger von dem Laden lassen. Ich kann es euch auch nur ans Herz legen, hier nicht zu bestellen, da Kosten für Versand selbst bei einem defekten oder ungewollten Schuh nicht übernommen werden und euch falsche Versprechungen gemacht werden!
Mooching past your store in Shoreditch and had to pop in! I found a pair of Cortez which I fell in love with! They didn't have my size, but the amazing assistant (whose name I forgot to take!) was really helpful and looked online for me and even made sure I had the correct American sizing. I ordered a pair straight away, they arrived within a couple of days - super quick! They use DPD which means no delivery issues! The quality of the sneakers is perfect. I love them so much I ordered another pair of the same. I think SNS is my new go-to for sneakers! / The review will not allow me to post a link to their page - but go check them out you will not be disappointed!

RAS, c'est la première fois que je commande chez SNS. Commande passée le 4 mai reçu ce jour! Habituellement j'ai un site où deux préférentiel qui n'ont jamais les paires de disponible même le jour de leurs sorties à 9h du matin!!!! RIEN QUE POUR CA ! MERCI BEAUCOUP! Je compte dorénavant acheter chez eux ! Livraison très rapide via UPS. AUCUN SOUCI
Schlechtester Service überhaupt. Retoure kosten Geld, obwohl das Produkt nicht der Beschreibung entspricht. Keine Kaufempfehlung
Shortly after I placed an order I realized SNS had a 20 % campaign on their web page. I therefore contacted customer services and asked if they could adjust my invoice on Klarna to add the 20 % discount since I still had not recieved the product. They refused saying they don't price match with themselves after an order is placed, even though I have the buy and try period of 14 days. This means I have to return the product and buy it again in order to use the discount. However the physical stores don't accept online returns which means I have to pay shipping fees in order to use the discount. Stuff like this sets apart companies with great customer service and companies who don't value customer experience as much.
Ik heb een tijd geleden een paar sneakers geretourneerd. In hun voorwaarden staat dat ze de verzendkosten en retourkosten in rekening brengen. Dat is een overtreding van de wet koop op afstand. Ook al laat SNS de klant akkoord gaan met bepaalde voorwaarden. De wet is de wet en die is bij de afhandeling van mijn retour overtreden. ---- Reactie op jullie antwoord. Ik heb mijn retour binnen 14 na dagen ontvangst van het product bij jullie aangemeld en ook teruggestuurd. Jullie hebben het niet teruggestort. Het recht vervalt of verjaart niet hierdoor. Ik heb verder geen idee via welk e-mailadres ik contact met jullie kan opnemen hierover.
Aufpassen Schuhe kommen nicht als Paar an, seid 3 Wochen Probleme, an meinem 2tn Schuh ran zu kommen, was ne Ironie. Kommen mit vorgefertigten Screenshots an, dass der Karton 1,4kg wiegt.. Anscheinend gibt's da lang Finger.. Telefon wurde ich abgewimmelt. E-MAIL abgewimmelt es wird euch keiner helfen und ihr bleibt auf eurem geld sitzen.
Livraison rapide, service client actif et un site Web facile à utiliser. J'ai acheté mes chaussures sur SNS car elles n'étaient pas disponibles ailleurs dans mon pays. Vraiment satisfait du tout.
Sneaker besteld, was iets mis gegaan in de logisitek. Actie was daarna afgelopen. Snel geholpen door de klantenservice, schoenen opnieuw besteld, en een vergoeding gekregen zodat de prijs weer gelijk was als met de actie.
Jag har beställt av SNS tre gånger. Dom två första gångerna så skickar dom fel varor och jag får halvtaskiga svar från kundtjänsten gällande hjälp och den sista gången så får jag inte BARA fel vara utan även en använd vara som inte ens tillhör deras sortiment. Jag har alltså fått en okänd människas ryggsäck där det är fullt med matrester i. Jag har blivit väldigt dåligt bemött av kundtjänst efter detta och det enda svar jag har fått är att det ska göras en undersökning, ingenstans finns det någon som helst kompensation eller liknande. Dom andra varorna som jag beställde samtidigt har hål i sina förpackningar och jag vill skicka tillbaka, men då kräver SNS att jag ska betala frakt. Fruktansvärt dåligt bemött av kundtjänsten och kommer absolut sprida detta vidare att dom ej har koll på varor som skickas från deras lager.
Der Preis war gut und die Ware wurde sehr schnell geliefert. Leider musste ich feststellen, dass die Schuhe mir nicht passen, obwohl ich sie in der selben Größe bestellt hatte, wie andere Schuhe derselben Marke, die ich bereits besitze. Also Rücksendung... Eine Retoure/Reklamation wird bei SNS über einen Drittanbieter abgewickelt. Ich verstehe den Grund, den SNS bereits in Antworten zu bisherigen Bewertungen genannt hat, weshalb sie keine kostenfreie Retoure anbieten möchten, allerdings ist es eine wirklich bodenlose Frechheit für den Retourenversand 10€ aufzurufen, wenn der Versand zu mir lediglich 5€ gekostet hat. Bearbeitungsaufwand usw... Das sollte aber bei einem Sneaker Store, wo Retouren wohl doch häufiger vorkommen, mit einkalkuliert sein! Letztendlich habe ich also für ein wirklich preiswertes paar Schuhe, welches ich zurückschicke und dementsprechend nichts von habe, 15€ in den Sand gesetzt, denn ich erhalte den Preis der Bestellung exkl. Versand zurück und lege noch 10€ für den Rückversand obendrauf. Die Quintessenz dieser Bewertung ist also: Ich verstehe den Ansatz von SNS, allerdings wäre es fair, den Retourenversandpreis and den des Versandes zum Kunden anzupassen. Käufern rate ich, dass sie hier nur bestellen, wenn sie sich wirklich 100% sicher sind, dass der Schuh, den Sie bestellen, Ihnen wirklich passt und keine Retoure notwendig wird. Ansonsten setzen Sie, wie ich, 15€ in den Sand. Ein enttäuschter, vermutlich nicht wiederkehrender Kunde
Sent me the wrong size and tried to take 2 payments from my bank. Just wish I’d checked reviews on here before ordering as I wouldn’t have used them. Jokers

Amazing! Ordered some very hard to get limited edition trainers, they came very quickly (3 days) and for less than half the price that was being offered elsewhere.
I ordered nike tn the gave me nike air force 1 and when i asked to return they said the cannot because the shoe was not sent by them but clearly on the box it says it was sent by sns and when i told them they are not responding

the most incredulously rude and incompetent customer service agent handled my case. Clearly a young idiot that doesnt understand the value of good customer service. I haven't received my parcel so they sent me a form to fill out and their approach the entire time was so nonchalant with use of unprofessional language, saying things like 'oh you can do better than that, thats not a signature' and when I insisted that was all that was possible in the digitised PDF form they'd sent, they said 'okay you do as you like' .... Clearly not speaking to a respectable professional, I mentioned I do not appreciate the tone, and they retaliated with 'how can you read tone from written words? Just asking for a friend.' Literally. I asked for the manager and they said they were the manager... obviously not. Such a shame to have a company reputation tarnished by people they dont care to vet enough for hire. I still dont even have my parcel
I Ordered Nike Air Max Plus TN’s and they have black marks on the white laces. I have tried to remove the black marks but they don’t seem to come off. Paid £109 for these shoes expecting them to be brand new which is really disappointing. On a positive, the delivery service was very quick.
