AVOID UNLESS YOU’RE SURE IT WILL FIT & YOU WON’T NEED TO RETURN - I returned two pairs of ski pants unworn on 24 April. They were Delivered to the SnowInn Returns depot on 29 April - I have the Royal Mail receipt. It is now 13 May and the return request / info has been REMOVED from my account without any update from SnowInn or any refund. I contacted them via their support email address (that I found on here BTW as they don’t publicise it!) with the order number & their returns number showing the goods had been delivered back to them by them but have not replied or acknowledged my email. This seems to be an ongoing issue with this company, quick to take your money but don’t want provide refunds for returned goods. I’ll be making a claim with my credit card provider as this is disgusting.

Excellent price and service from Snowinn.
Firstly I got an excellent price on my ski boots described as ‘refurbished’. To be honest, they look as new, indeed less tried on than you often find in a store. The stated postage time to the UK was optimistic and it took about 10 days from order but the standard postage charge was very reasonable for quite a heavy package. I’m happy to recommend and I’d use Snowinn again.
Pulling teeth would be a more comfortable experience than attempting to get answers from customer service. Currently I placed an order for some ski race forearm guards - order was placed 14th April (allegedly in stock). Still waiting and tracking simply states a pick-up has been scheduled (as of 22nd April). When enquiry to customer service (no phone number so web chat only). Snowinn state that the package was collected so they are waiting for courier to find it........not much help to the customer who has paid their money and not received any updates (without chasing) or their goods!
Ricevo un articolo diverso rispetto quanto ordinato (versione Junior anziché adulto). Nonostante la mia inequivocabile documentazione fotografica, l´azienda rifiuta la restituzione gratuita. Nonostante un sollecito di revisione del rifiuto, l´azienda rifiuta una seconda volta la restituzione gratuita. Chiedo un chiarimento telefonico ma non é possibile. Ho pagato le spese, ma non aquisteró mai piú da loro. Peccato

They offer al lot of products against competitive prices. Since last december 2023 I ordered different items and they were all of good original quality. Between ordering the product and the delivery a week past. I find it too long for a webshop. If the price drops in that period they don’t offer you the latest price. You have to sent the item back and order it again for the new lower price. That’s why I rated them 3 stars.

Jacket came and was a small fitting so returned the item. Not only was it £11 to return it but was sent 4 weeks ago and still haven’t been refunded. I’ve raised a claim through PayPal to try and get my money back.
Returned a ski jacket on 5th April 2024 via their Royal Mail returns system. Royal Mail tracking has confirmed that the item was delivered on 10th April. I have messaged many times about this, and had one reply a week ago saying it has not been received. I replied and got no response. There is no way of contacting anyone. I think I will have to claim on my credit card against a loss as there is no way of getting any answers from them. I wouldn't buy from here again as their returns system is a black hole

Awful company do not use! I placed an order than never arrived. After so many emails they advised that the order couldn’t be delivered (for a reason still unknown) and is on it easy back to their warehouse. 4 weeks later still not refund and they just keep saying the same thing to wait until they have received it! None of this is my fault and yet I’m still sat here with no order and still no refund! Disgusting! Customer service has been terrible. Do not purchase from this company!
