I have not got my order after 3 weeks wait so No I won’t rate it
Still haven't received my order and all correspondence has been ignored.
Still awaiting order - no contact - unable to get hold to chase it up
Sadly, Snuggy have failed to respond to several attempts . To engage them via chat. In order to clarify if I will receive several items. Purchased on the 24/04/24. I have yet to receive any satisfaction regarding this. I subsequently feel rather aggrieved. At the lack of response. One would assume, that customer satisfaction. Would propel them forward. Clearly, this has not been the case. And as a consequence. I would caution any would be purcasher. To refrain from using this establishment. In order to obtain various items. As disappointment, may ensue.
Still no correspondence for an item due to have been delivered last month.
I sent for 2 sets 24/25 April not got them can’t get in touch with anyone not happy I sent Ann email got one back sorry can’t reply to this email
My second order, first one went through fine, items are amazing. Second order a few weeks later hasn't arrived been over a month no response smfrom the company after several emails, live chat on their page attempts and messages through messenger, I'm having to go through my bank to claim the money back.

Appalling. Taken monies without dispatching goods. Now when I go on your site..can't re-order. Yr not taking orders, and seemingly going into liquidation..with peoples money!! You are committing fraud..taking money, and not dispatching goods..with no explanation!! Totally unable to get any response from you. Sent over 20 emails, and written by post. I've heard nothing. I have reported you for this!!!
I ordered some bits for my daughter and haven't even had a delivery date and it's almost 3 weeks now I have tried contacting the company but you get an automated e mail saying we are to busy to reply. Terrible customer service do not use I doubt I will ever get my stuff

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Ordered a bed tent as a birthday present for nearly £90 on 25th April and it has not been dispatched. Just says order unfulfilled. No way of cancelling the order, emails just bounce back saying they can't answer, love chat doesn't work. More and more of the same feedback now being given. I just want my money back but cannot speak to anyone as there is no phone number. Presume they are going under. Will have to wait 15 working days until my bank can help which has left me seriously out of pocket. Very unhappy!.

I have ordered my Snuggy Pod since March 23rd, no one gives me any information about my item, they do not answer my emails, I want a refund. Your customer service is terrible.
