Haven’t received my order yet after paying extra to get next day delivery. Would love to rate Soccerbox if I had item but FedEx who they use are a complete nightmare - didn’t put parcel in safe place as requested and didn’t ring doorbell. I was told I had a ‘final’ opportunity for it to be delivered so was asked to give yet more instructions which they could then ignore! No 3rd delivery attempt and now told I’ve got to drive 30 miles to go and pick it up.

Ok, so I ordered some soccer stuff for my son in November to have it delivered to the US for Christmas. Got a notification the next days having the tracking number attached. Several weeks later, the tracking number was still stating that the package has yet to be brought to the post office. Contacted the customer service immediately just getting the answer that I should look it up on usps as it had to have been arrived in the US already. But over there, it stated the same. Contacted the customer service again, they told me that it was sent "100%"! Christmas came, no package here. Thankfully, my son is old enough to know that we are the ones buying the gifts. He was still sad! Looked up the tracking number today just to find out that the package has finally been brought to the post office. Guess when? Exactly: December 24th. Thanks for nothing! Hope it really arrives some day. But I will never ever gonna buy anything there anymore!!!!!
