Our experience in the Salisbury store was excellent, Wendy and Lorraine took time to explain all the options and never made us feel rushed or pressured, they even had a kids corner to keep our child entertained. The delivery of the sofa worked well with good communication and the guys who delivered were really helpful and efficient. Thank you for making the process so simple, we love our new sofa.
For my sofa delivery I was emailed a date I couldn't do, but it was very easy to change and to actually speak with someone! The delivery team were excellent - efficient, polite, tidy. Great service.
I was so pleased how Mark and Pider delivered my sofas so efficiently so early on Monday 13th May. They respected my property, carefully removed all the packaging and placed them in the correct position. All done in a very friendly and professional way. Thank you. Despite the issues we have with the delay with having our sofa manufactured, that’s for another day, the delivery team this morning we’re fantastic. Big thanks to Nigel, Sean and Nick for being so professional, considerate and efficient. From contacting me before arriving to the care they took getting it into our lounge. They were excellent, thank you. While your apology for the delay is welcomed the issues we have had are yet to be resolved. The five star rating was for your delivery team and them alone. Our rating for Sofas & Stuff as a company overall is still to be decided.
Mark and Nick delivered Sofa and two chairs. They were professional, quick and considerate, clearing up the packaging and did a great job. The small problem with the sofa middle support leg was quickly dealt with. They took time to explain after care.
From the visit to your shop where we experienced staff who were helpful, knowledgeable and willing to offer advice when asked, to the delivery by Nigel and Greg who made sure the sofa and snuggle were delivered to the spot I wanted in perfect condition, the whole experience has been top notch. The product itself looks amazing in our lounge and is so comfortable.
Nigel and Nick who delivered my snuggler armchair, were very efficient, friendly and careful when bringing the chair into the house.

I heard about Sofa & Stuff from our landlady at The Cockerel Inn in Gussage all Saints. She had bought some products from you and was very pleased. As I have never had a new Sofa in my life I thought it was time to visit your Salisbury branch. I was very surprised as to how knowledgeable Wendy and Hania were. They were of great assistance in helping me choose the right sofa with correct cushion filling for my requirements. They were very patient in helping me select the correct fabric for my needs. Overall a very good experience without any pressure and the delivery service was incredible. Effiicent, friendly on time and very professional. We are delighted with our sofas which were delivered this morning by Nigel and Nick who were a great team - very friendly efficient service arriving at 7:30am - cheerful and competent. The whole of our experience has been very good: from the welcome cup of tea offered by the patient and knowledgeable James, on our visit to the Mere Green store, to the delivery of our sofas - the whole experience has been very good and I would be happy to recommend Sofas & Stuff to anyone!

Very helpful and friendly welcome which perfectly complemented the high product quality and this the far above mass produced furniture from other brands. Obviously comes at a price, but lovely to support handmade British quality pieces in the own family factory in Preston, not far from our Lancashire home. Broad pallet of fabric choice.
I posted a review on 19th April, and Sofa and Stuff asked for more information and said they would be in touch. They never got in touch. We have now had the majority of the refund back for the 2nd faulty sofa but they are with holding the compensation amount of over £600. We were forced to post a poor review due to poor quality sofas and customer service. They are using manipulative language to reduce the amount I am due back. We have received an amount of money as a refund but are still owed over £600, which sofas and stuff are claiming has already been refunded. This amount of money was actually a compensation figure as stated in the email we will continue on to post reviews of sofas and stuff until they do make an effort to meet our needs or at least are prepared to try and make amends.
Jordan was very patient and helpful as I chose new fabric to reupholster an existing sofa. Jordan's suggestions were excellent. I ordered the fabric which arrived within a few days. Many thanks for excellent service

We visited the Stroud showroom and were very impressed by the welcome and subsequent service we received from Grace. She had an encyclopaedic knowledge of the sofas and gave us the time and space we needed to consider which model and fabric would work best for us. We took so long choosing that she made us tea and biscuits and even turned down the lighting so we could envisage how one fabric colour would look in a darker space, which was incredibly helpful. She did not push us for a quick sale but gave us fabric samples to take to home, allowing us time to re-measure and think about which sofa would best fit our needs. There is a real understanding here of what a complicated decision a new sofa is! Marie helped us quickly and efficiently with a few questions we had over email the next day and then we were ready to place our order. Looking forward to receiving our new sofa in the summer!
We bought 2 Haresfield sofas in leather which were delivered in October. They had misshapen or no padding on the corners of the arms and an inspection confirmed these were manufacturing faults. We agreed to the sofas being remade as we were assured both in writing and in a recorded phone call from Head 🏬 that the remade ones would be fault free and that their own upholster at their Milton Keynes depot would double check them to ensure this was the case before dispatch. However when they were delivered, it was immediately apparent that the replacement sofas had numerous faults, prompting the delivery guys (who were lovely) to send photographs to Head Office with arrows pointing to the faults. Despite this, Head Office initially denied there was anything wrong with the sofas. We sent more photos which again graphically showed the faults. Another independent inspection followed which identified multiple manufacturing faults, evidenced by 15 photographs taken by the inspector and sent with his report which he gave us access to. The sofas came with 2 cushions each made in velvet and we added a footstool to match. They eventually agreed to a refund but refused to refund the footstool and then tried to withhold a further £185 for delivery which would have been £85 but was free as part of a promotion running at the time. We were advised by Consumer Direct throughout and consequently, the whole order, over £7000, was refunded. We echo what other reviewers in 1 and 2 star reviews have said. There doesn't seem to be any quality control at the factory where these very expensive sofas are made. Head Office have an ADR provider but don't belong to the Furniture Ombudsman scheme. However anyone can use the Furniture Ombudsman's inspection service. We paid over £7k and regret ever buying from this company, and can evidence everything referred to here. Added after S&S response. We left a factual review describing our customer experience over 5 months. Your response does not contain any apology for delivering 2 faulty sets of sofas, trying to withhold £364 which you were not legally entitled to do as we had cancelled the whole order, and £185, an amount you appear to have made up. Your customer support team comprises 3 people, all of whom we had the misfortune to deal with, who work closely with the owners of the business. In our review above we didn't say we had 5 months of enormous stress and that your emails were condescending or that we had to continually chase you for updates on the second set of sofas. Maybe you should reflect on your response because all you appear to be interested in your reputation, not good customer service. When we told you the next communication would be a Letter Before Action you finally refunded all the money. We didn't mind that things went wrong with the sofas, we minded very much about the way you dealt with it.

I went into the Salisbury store to look for sofa options and Amelia was so helpful and patient and took so much time and care with helping us choose a sofa and fabrics. We were made to feel very welcome with cups of coffee and very friendly staff and it’s so nice to feel you aren’t rushed. Love the ethos of the company too and great to find a company whose sofas are made in the UK. We ended up buying a bed also!
A very friendly, attentive service. It was so lovely each time I went to the store, the staff all recognised me and were very welcoming. Amelia was incredibly helpful and pro-active in helping me select just the right fabric in the perfect colour for my matching cushions. Very prompt with all communications. Delivery was organised very effectively and the two delivery people were very friendly, professional, neat and efficient. I would highly recommend Sofas and Stuff and I'm loving my new corner sofa.
