I ordered a pair of shoes on line for an in store collection from Oxford st. The shoes weren’t right but the team in the shop were super helpful and processed my refund immediately. No complaints a great team at Oxford st shop and I would do the same again.

Diabolical. Ordered a pair of Loake shoes which were discounted. I arranged to pick them up from my local store. The right box had been sent to the store but the wrong shoes inside. Manager was “ Not my fault guv”. Offered a £15 discount code. Correct shoes were “no longer available”. Lamentably poor service.

First order shipped fast and arrived the next day, I placed a second order and payed extra for next day delivery, unfortunately the trainers did not arrive the next day even though I ordered well within the time frame for next day delivery. The trainers arrived the day after that, good quality products and better late than never I suppose. Would order from them again without hesitation.
I was sent a pair of shoes that looked different. One shoe had been used in a store the other had been boxed. They looked so different I had to return them so be careful when you buy online. I won’t buy online again, I will always go to the store.
