Hold jer fra dette firma. Første sender de 2 cykler som er fuld af ridser når de kommer frem. Det tager ca 3 uger at få bare lidt penge retur for dem. Her ikke en gang 1/2 år efter er begge cykler ubrugelige. De ruster over det hele, headset i begge styr er gået i stykker, krank på dene ene cykler har sat sig fast, kranken på den anden cykel bliver ved med at gå løs. Vi har så været nød til at lave en ny cykel til Bette manden for køre bmx og bmx løb, så vi kan inde vente efter at have skilt hans cykel ad er det kun styr og hjulsæt vi kunne skifte over på den nye cykel, alt andet i så dårlig stand at det er lige til at smide ud. Er bange for vi er nød til at gøre det ved den anden cykel også, de er så dårlig kvalitet at de ikke kan cykles på. Har været i kontakt med dem igen, men hver gang skal jeg svare på en masse spørgsmål, hvor tit er den brugt. Hvordan har du vedligeholdt dem. Hvor står de opbevaret osv osv osv. Begge cykler bliver brugt til konkurrence brug. Så de er passet godt på. Efter lidt tid for jeg bare at svar om at de kan hjælpe mig for cyklerne er jo brugt??? What??? Selvfølgelig er de brugt??? Nu gøre man så bare intet fra dem igen. Hold jer langt væk fra dem!!!

These guys are scammers, as soon as you have problems with the parts you ordered they will reply to your email with some random nonsense, then they will disappear. In my case I've received a defective product. I've reported them to the Consumer Protection.

It would be remiss of me to not let you guys know how pleased I am with my recent purchase. I've NEVER had something shipped to me so fast, that wasn't amazon prime, and the bike is PERFECT!! The bottom line is that 2024 has been so brutal to me so far, and this bike represents the end of one of the most stressful times in my life. So thanks guys!
I have ordered multiple times from Source, I love that it is rider owned and shipping is very quick. If an item becomes unavailable after an order they contact you immediately to see what you would like to do and supply you with options.
Thrilled with how fast my bike shipped,I had it within three days of ordered it,qStay Strong Optimum park bike is great smooth riding the seat tilt is pretty extreme so I would replace the seat but other than that great stuff and the socks I got are really comfortable

I placed an order and paid for express next-day dispatch, but the products weren't actually in stock and will take several days to be dispatched. This company is comfortable advertising products as in-stock when they are not and will take your money for express next day delivery. Buyers beware!
Order was delivered quickly with all the right parts. Couldn't find my seat bolt to go with the frame so used to the online chat, which helped me find it. Overall very pleased, multiple good experiences with source bmx over the years.
Purchased some wheel parts and a cult spoke wrench before ordering I got on chat and asked about size for rims etc. The rest of the order was fine but a glance at the wrench and you can visually see its not square should be 3.5mm square I have put the vernier calipers on it and its 3.50mm x 3.09mm so now I have to get the needle files out and correct the fault. The problem is not everyone has verniers and needle files I should have purchased an Ebay special a cheap £2.00 6 position wrench. And this may be harsh but I would not use Source bmx again to me its right or wrong and items that are useless if they get through I do not want to deal with things like that.
