I am in my late 40s, and like many women my age, I am clueless about makeup, I barely have the language I need to describe the type of products I want. I came into your Tenderdon store knowing I wanted some sort of primer and a new mascara. Jayde patiently listened to me, helped draw out what I like and don't like about makeup, and then was able to recommend products that are perfect for me. She took the time to model on one of my cheeks how to apply the blush I was curious about and then encouraged me to apply it to my other cheek so she could watch and give feedback on how I did. This morning, I put on the products and I feel amazing and confident in my appearance. I will definitely be back to buy more and I'm thinking about doing one of your makeup lessons that Jayde told me about.
Some of my points weren’t able to be added from my store purchase but Chloe on WhatsApp sorted this in minutes for me! Great service
Unlimited next day delivery is a joke. Item sent by Royal Mail but not a guaranteed service so of course my order hasn’t arrived. Impossible to try to talk to anyone. So disappointed.

I’m writing to send some love and good vibes to the team at Space NK! You recently opened a store in Southampton, West Quay, and in my lunch break (from a very stressful day) I thought I’d pop in to check it out. I also had a birthday voucher come through so wanted to treat myself as well! It was so welcoming in store, looked absolutely beautiful with some fantastic product selections. Everyone was very friendly and happy to offer help. When I went to the till I showed my birthday voucher and was given a birthday gift, which I wasn’t expecting! The lady behind the till was so lovely, I believe she is one of the managers. We had a nice conversation about the JVN hair products I wanted to try out and was purchasing. I then got to spin the wheel on the way out, which was a fun little addition to the launch and given another little Drunk Elephant tester! I left the store with such a smile on my face which is so rare nowadays knowing the state of the high street - but I really wanted to let you know how happy I was and wanted to share it with customer services. People are too quick to send negative feedback normally, but I wanted to go out my way to praise the lovely work of the team! Thank you so much! Xoxox

Return delivered 27th April.. it’s been 9 working days since then and despite their timeframe stating 7 maximum days for returns my refund keeps on getting delayed. I sent my proof of postage receipt on the 30th but here I am again chasing my refund. Also my emails are being ignored so I went on live chat to which I explained the situation and the representative ended the chat.. very rude

I raised a query with Space NK regarding their loyalty programme NDULGE. Nicole the Customer Service Advisor, was extremely professional yet personable and dealt with the issue swiftly. I was very impressed with the overall service and feel Nicole represents the ethos and professionalism of the company.
Space NK is always a go to for me with the products I’m always after. Lyndsey - customer service administrator - was beyond efficient and understanding in an exceptional personal circumstance. As I have walked in to the store SpaceNK in Northcote Road. I was approached within less than a minute by the lovely Tally supervisor. I was really impressed The servers that I have received from Tally was very professional engaging for all my needs, I would definitely recommend to family and friends.
