I liked the gifts on offer but for me there was no customer service. I made a mistake on the date of the delivery which I realised immediately and sent an email. I got no answer so I called several times and it always went straight to voicemail but nobody followed up. When the gift was dispatched I again tried to fix my mistake by contacting DPD directly. At least I managed to speak to a person there but they couldn't change the delivery date. In this day and ages where we are accustomed to online delivery companies who offer excellent customer service, phone line/email inboxes where nobody answer are just not good enough.

I ordered a Christmas gift for my step-father, unfortunately there was a mix up and instead of Gin, he received a bottle of wine. I contacted Sparkling Direct regarding the mix up and Jaqui couldn't have done more to resolve the issue, even calling my parents to apologise. She then promptly sent out the correct order, which was delivered the next day. As customer service is concerned, I couldn't have asked for anything more to be done. Thank you Jaqui and I highly recommend Sparkling Direct.
Ordered a bottle of wine as a gift. Delivery was prompt however paid £28 with free delivery for a bottle retailing for £12 from other suppliers. I expected a fairly decent bottle for that price not a mediocre one with a screwtop. Embarrassing and teach me not to purchase in a hurry. Absolute rip off
