Value at 2 for $199. Health fund contributed to all but polarising. Great selection. Staff tightened and tweaked frames for a perfect fit.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM GUNGAHLIN STORE.. The customer service provided by Shashi was utterly deplorable. During a visit with my eight-year-old (first time getting glasses) Shashi displayed an alarming haste. She did not listen to my child’s complaint about glasses. Rather than comforting my child Shashi insisted that everything was in perfect order whereas my child had lot of discomfort. She was in hurry so did not attend us properly at all. She gave a low-quality button-down case which is impractical for an 8-year-old. I know they always had the popup case for Kids and used to offer them choices of design to foster a sense of engagement with their new glasses, but Shashi gave no option and gave us the lowest quality case. Also, no information about warranty and repairs for glasses was provided and she was hesitant to give us a bag and cleaning spray as well. Upon meeting with the Manager, Jenny (very arrogant lady), she refused to listen to me and kept on saying her staff has done the right thing. I am profoundly disappointed by the conduct and the attitude of these two people. Please stay away from this store.. While the optometrists at this store are commendable, I would suggest get your eye examination here (which is covered by Medicare) and get the prescription print-out and order glasses on LensKart.com or visit another store but please do not spend a dollar here as you won't get the worth out of it. I urge you to avoid this store at all costs...

These are a re-purchase after a recommended accessory failed prematurely & original (near new) glasses lost. The re-purchase process when considering the reasons lost & where referenced another seperate issue around driving lenses & frame purchased (too big of side gap re good quality comfortable driving) ..this experience was of disinterest ! Yet the fitting etc of these repurchased glasses was excellent, pleasant & attentive It is thought the $39-$89 frame range is restrictive re Men's styling & for larger lenses.

After an episode of what I thought might be detached retina or worse as I lost sight in part of my eye Specsavers arranged an instant appointment with the optometrist and tested everything and told me it was an optic migraine and would settle down which it did. Such a relief to have instant attention.
Dreadful experience from start to finish. I ended up trying many sun glasses firstly that were not suitable for my script and finally someone realised non were fit for purpose… wasted some time on this! Then ages to fit to my eyes. Next glasses arrived and I immediately couldn’t see out of them too dark and very blurry plus made me feel sick… better with nothing on my eyes. Persevered for 3 weeks then went to a different spec savers… my script wrong and transition was not working correctly… never told this was a possibility! Re measured and awaiting new glasses but not holding out much hope… will definitely go elsewhere next time.
