I am trying to contact this company about a defective item I received. This was a gift that the recipient did not open until 2 days after Christmas. Deeply imbedded in the site is a disclaimer that you must start a return within 48!hours- this was not possible, yet there is no one to talk with, just a chat box that keeps giving the same useless information. Buyer beware!

My first experience with SM was great. Purchased an autographed photo and it arrived in just a few days. I placed another order for 2 photos. My opinion of this site took a dive when there was a mix-up on shipping. After several days I called to inquire about my order and that is when I found out about the shipping problem. On my second call the representative that answered my call was extremely professional, Cristin went above and beyond to "fix" my issue and stayed in contact with me, sometimes twice a day. She was not involved in the original problem, but it didn't mater. She was determined to make me a happy customer and she exceeded my expectations. Kudos to Cristin!!
This was my first venture into the world of sports memorabilia. What we do for those little ones we love! Due to this first time experience, it was difficult finding information about the order placed through Sportsmemorabilia's site. When I called their contact phone number, Kayla answered, listened to my distress, calmed me by locating the order information and quickly sending me a link to access tracking. While I may not need any of Sportsmemorabilia's products again, they are certainly represented by a quality employee who addresses clients concerns and remedies situations. Thank you again, Kayla.
