Shocking company. Waiting over 2 weeks for an order to be shipped. Kept being told it will be shipped shortly. Still waiting. Stay away from them if you value getting something in a sensible time frame.

I sent back my order (Nr 88199762875416 ) and it was successfully delivered at Ssense on 25 th of April 2024 (proof: tracking nr CY583491737DE). Despite many e-mails and even refund confirmations (given on May 6th, refund nr 2024 2271592944904) I am still waiting for my refund. In case it should arrive, I will let you know here at trustpilot, if you don't hear from me again, please know Ssense has proved to be an unfair company.
Banks are already doing to much security check for online payment. Ssense had the amazing idea to add one more and very annoying to do. I canceled my order and will never come back. Waste of time
They send me a wrong size of shoes, I return the item back but I didnt got money back… Still waiting - it takes toooo much to time. I dont recommend this firm.

It was as described and pictured, plus delivery was perfect.
Bought a jewelry item, it was too small so I promptly returned it, completely unused in the original packaging with tags. Received the confirmation email the package has been received by SSENSE and I would be refunded 5-7 business days later. It is now 11 business days later and I have not received a refund.

I bought a pair of in ear pods that did not hold a charge , opened a customer support request and requested to send proof I purchased them and pictures and videos showing the issue. That I duly did , only to receive the same request mail multiple times (that I gave description and video and pictures) to then get the same request until they mailed stating they were closing the case … customer support was the worst I’ve ever encountered .. be aware before you buy !! I have a product that doesn’t work and no support to return or get my money back
What made my experience great was the shipping was very fast and the package came the exact day it was supposed to be delivered.
