I returned an item, 3 weeks after they got the return and 4 phone calls still couldn't manage to do a right refund. Their customer interface, not the agents, is so messed up and outdated they will spend 2 minutes reading a website address to you.
Ordered & paid in full for sunglasses, UPS have failed to deliver them, issue raised to sunglasses hut & 5 weeks later still haven’t received a refund or replacement items. Raised with customer services & constantly told we’re investigating & must wait. Poor customer service, no single point of contact so repeating myself over & over. Have had to raise with my bank as a fraudulent transaction as they’ve failed to deliver.
Easy to purchase and select in store pickup. Customer service rep at the store was very courteous and helpful.
I purchased my Oakley sunglasses at Sunglass Hutt in October, 2023 at Auckland International Airport. 6 weeks later I noticed 1 rubber nose piece missing. I couldn't get thru to the shop, so I went to Albany branch and other branches and got fobbed off. They did not have the piece for this specific brand. I paid approx $400. No branch could give me a replacement on the piece that's missing. I thought it was pathetic. So I have reverted to wearing my old sunglasses. Poor customer service.

Nous faisons aucun bruit et ils nous ont dit de sortir si on n’était pas adulte, il nous parlait extrêmement mal. Et les vendeurs nous mentait en disant qu’il n’avait pas certains articles alors qu’ils y étaient lorsque j’étais venu auparavant avec mon père
