Horrible. They promised that the jewelery would be delievered for mother's day and now it's estimated to be past this date. I would not have bought if I had known. Plus money back guarentee means you have to pay return shipping.

I received the ring but the engraving is wrong. i requested Donna M B..... for name inside.....but my ring says "Donna M C........" i have no idea. Can this be changed on another ring? Thanks,

I got a couple things from Superjeweler. I was satisfied with my necklace except my chain has a couple knots in it that are really hard to get out. Not blaming SJ for that, But my diamond studs I think I had maybe 6 mos or less and the diamond is very lose, ready to fall out so I don’t wear them anymore.
This was my experience. So I order a pair of earrings of course they say it ship out about 7-14 business days. I have it some weeks and order kept saying, still picking out stones. So after awhile I just called in and canceled. My order was $249.98 within 3 days they refunded me back 29.98 and as of 3/25 I’m still waiting on the rest of my refund. This company is a joke

I ordered a diamond bracelet for my mothers 75th bday.. mind you she has never had diamonds in her entire life so this was supposed to be huge for her… they shipped out the pretty lil purple bag w the string ties EMPTY!!!! What a joke this company is… just thieving from honest hard working struggling people that are just trying to make a difference in a mother’s life that has never been treated right to begin with. Thank you super jewelers for being no different than literally the rest of the world experience for her!!!!!! You are pathetic!! And if I’m leaving a fake review call me like I asked or let me add a picture with my order confirmation number hmmmmm….. what a joke and never again…. You at least owe my mother an apology but I see now how you value a 75 year old birthday woman!!!!!

I SENT A RING IN FOR REPAIR, THE STONE FELL OUT, I PUT THE DIAMOND IN THE RING BOX ALONG WITH THE SETTING. I SENT IT BACK JANUARY 16TH. THREE WEEKS AGO I CONTACTED THEM AND THEY SAID THE STONE WAS NOT IN TH EBOX. NOW I GET A NASTY EMAIL, THAT THE STONE WAS MOST DEFINATELY NOT IN THE BIX AND IF i WANTED IT REPAIRED IT WOULD BE 900 FOR A NEW STONE. WHEN THEY LOST THE THING THERE. I AM GOING TO CONTACT THE NYS ATTORNEY GENERAL REGARDING THEIR BUSINESS AND THE BBB. THEY ARE A RIP OFF AND I WILL MAKE SURE EVERYONE KNOWS IT. I GOT IT AS AN ANNIVERSARY PRESENT FROM MY LATE HUSBAND AND IT MEANT A LOT TO ME
