SB customer service is always top notch. Sammie helped me this time with an issue with a lost item and was super efficient and helpful. The quality of the products are always so good, the power leggings are totally squat proof which is actually so rare. And they stand over their products for 12 months too much is even more rare! Highly recommend SB.
I emailed about 2 returns to SB, confirmed as received by tracking but not by SB. Hannah dealt very quickly with my query and resolved the issue. She was very helpful, efficient and friendly. Thank you very much Hannah and Sweaty Betty. An excellent service.

Beware of the experience when ordering online. I was going on a month long trip to Patagonia, and ordered outfits for the hikes. I chose to collect the order from my local sweaty Betty— however the shipping time was longer than they quoted, and I wasn’t able to pick it up before I left. I still wanted the outfits so I asked if they would be able to hold them at the store a bit longer and I would collect them when I return. They would not accommodate, but also never refunded my money. It’s been 4 months. If I didn’t remember and chase up my refund, I would’ve never received it. The store clerk offered me a virtual receipt, sent to my email. Well, the marketing emails swarmed in, but no receipt. Now, only a couple of months after buying my item (leggings), several holes have appeared and the stitching come loose. Not great performance, considering the high price point. And since I don't have a receipt, it's doubtful I'll be able to get a refund.
I bought several pair of the power cropped leggings in November. I only noticed this week when I came to wear one of the new pairs for the first time that there was a hole in the seam on the back. I sent Sweaty Betty an email and Emma quickly responded, and I received a new pair 2 days later with confirmation how to return my faulty pair. Excellent customer service,

Ive been buying SB items for several years but recently the quality of their leggings has really gone down hill. Of the last 3 pairs I have purchased, one the seams unravelled in the first couple of weeks, the second pair had the side pockets completely missing, and the most recent pair snagged a hole on only the second time wearing them. I’ve been waiting 3 weeks for a response from their customer services department. It’s a shame as they used to be good quality with service to match but not any more.
I’ve been a big fan of Sweaty Betty for a long time - I love their clothes and their ethos. I recently purchased a new product that they had launched and it didn’t live up to expectations - not only did they refund without any further questions, they later sent me a £25 voucher as a gesture of good will. I’ve spent it today on some sandals, needing a bit of extra help from their support team to get the code to work - their team responded quickly and couldn’t have been more helpful.
I had a pair of leggings that i wore all the time and they developed a hole in the seam so I contacted the customer service team a was able to speak to a lovely lady called Keill M as she was absolutely amazing. There was no fuss at all and they sent me a new pair.
DPD took my delivery to the wrong house, on contacting Customer service from start to finish was first class, after a couple of weeks, I got a full refund as my parcel never appeared, Thank you Anne-Marie from customer services who sorted this out for me

Bought leggings in store but bras to match were not in stock. Helpful online customer service agent located them in Glasgow store and held them for me to collect. Friendly in-store staff on telephone. I love the fit of the leggings and bras and they are great colours.
I’ve been a loyal Sweaty Betty shopper since the early days, I’ve noticed the quality has gone down hill in the last few years, I think probably since the company was sold to an American company. Something I want to give them credit for is, their Customer Service, which was historically very good, I’m finding is still pretty good. I left a bad review on their web site recently about a jumper I bought, that shrunk in the first wash, someone from customer services reached out to me, and put it right, it restored my faith in SB, so credit where credit is due, there’s still good stuff there.
Not sure what's happened recently but the quality has gone so far downhill. I had a pair of leggings for 3 months before noticing a hole in them, around the stitching. Contacted customer services to ask for a replacement pair and was told no, this is normal wear and tear... after 3 months... on an £80 pair of leggings... I replied to express my frustration and was accused of damaging the leggings myself. Really poor experience from start to finish, I was quite shocked given the good reputation they "had".
