you put on your website that no assembly required, so I go ahead and make purchase, only for it to arrive flat packed and requiring full assembly. I'm disabled and can not do any form of DIY. It's completely dishonest and unfair of you to put such false information on your website, Some of us heavily rely on product information before making choices. And to mention you charge £30 delivery fee only to send in a box via DPD which only costs about £10.

I bought two Karla chairs about six years ago. When I came to remove the covers for dry cleaning the first seat cover ripped. The problem was that the seat covers had been made with zips that are too short and do not reach around the corners. A design fault. I emailed Swoon to see if they could find a solution but they washed their hands of it because it was out of guarantee. I hope the current Karla seat covers are now made properly. Will not buy from Swoon again.
What an amazing customer service team! Had to get a sideboard replaced as the doors weren’t fitting properly. I had left it for quite a while 🫣 and thought I would have difficulties in getting it replaced, but OMG what a surprise! The customer services team were so helpful and arranged a technician to call and assess, then gave me a full refund, so I was able to re-order the sideboard and it is perfect now! Really so happy and can’t thank you guys enough! Well done Swoon…you should be really proud of your team ! 👏👏👏

After I placed my order I received in the post a swatch of the materiel and colour ordered, plus a tape measure, so that I could check and confirm the order. Very clever service point I thought. I am very pleased with the Swoon sofa I already have too!

Very happy with the item but had to keep chasing delivery and asking for updates. I was told after the expected delivery date the=at there was a problem and the item was not in the country. It arrived a few weeks late but the communication could have been better.
Ordered a chest of drawers at full price. After completing my purchase the website offered me to create an account and get 20% my 'first order'. As I had not seen this before ordering I lost out on the discount. I called up customer service with the intention of cancelling and re ordering with the discount. I spoke to Jade and she simply applied the discount for my order and refunded me the difference so my order processing was unaffected. Great customer service & I will be a repeat customer in future
I have basically been lucky enough to furnish my house with mostly swoon products and over the moon with each product! From dining room tables to bedrooms the quality, ease of build are all 5 stars! Would highly recommend!
I got a couple of bar stools but unfortunately they did not fit my space. Return was dealt with very swiftly and supportively.
Delivery service was great but the item Southwark ladder shelf delivered was not the same as the one advertised, styling is different, shelves are thicker than the photos & so are the supporting poles, it’s much less sleek than advertised, customer services agreed it wasn’t the same one and only offered 10% or offered to collect it; I had spent a while putting the shelf up as the instructions were very basic and had disposed of the boxes as I live in a small house, no room to store them. So I had to accept the 10%, it has put me off buying from Swoon as the items should be as advertised.
