Quel dommage que cela soit gâché par un service de livraison Chronopost déplorable, une fois de plus selon le livreur, je n'étais pas présente alors que nous étions trois personnes présentes, qu'il y a deux sonnettes en état de fonctionner... une fois de plus j'ai du faire 40 km A/R pour récupérer le colis. Easy to use site with no problems altering delivery times and questions about diet were answered by their vet quickly and full of detail. Amber loves her tails food and it’s helped her on the road to recovery after being extremely poorly. I have been with them a year. Would recommend them 😃
We rescued our bulldog on the 1st of February and couldn’t find a food that she liked and that didn’t upset her tummy. However we trialled tails.com and now wouldn’t change a thing, she has a mix of wet food and dry and she had gained weight nicely, her fur is in excellent condition and she loves the food, especially the beef and tripe wet food. The cost is very affordable, it works out at about £10 a week for both Good food, great price and delivered to your home - what more can you ask for ?!?!

You can stop your order at any time on the app and then restart it again when you need to there always deliver when they say. The product Tully has is good they’d just one biscuit that’s a bit bigger than the rest so I have remove it from her bag as I feed her.
Hi Tails It has been 2 days since I emailed you letting you know my dogs wet food delivery was crushed, open, leaking and ruined. I'm really disappointed that in two days nothing has been resolved and I have now had to go and buy food for Teddy. I have paused my delivery now as I don't need another order to arrive when Teddy can't eat this order which I have paid for. Thank you Dylan for your reply here, and the email sent to me. Great communication. Great site for updating dog details. Would be great to have somewhere on the food plan to say for example, my dog is constantly eating grass can ingredients in the food be added/changed to help with this. Regards Paul 😀
Excellent service and delivery. I now only order my kibble and wet food for my dogs from Tails as my one dog was always getting ill and has an incredibly sensitive stomach which she doesn't get on this food. Only reason for the 4 star review is that I can't seem to increase the kibble amount so I have to go online and order every 3 weeks instead of receiving automatically every 4 weeks as I'm feeding two dogs.

Very disappointed! After registering my dog’s microchip I received an email from the company (identibase) saying I could claim my 1st box of tails food for free with £1 postage. I used this link to make an account, create my dog’s food and also added some treats to my order. I went through to my basket and everything showed at the correct price. After I clicked “checkout” and the payment went through I realised I had been overcharged and instead of getting the food for free it was only 50% off. I got in touch with tails straight away, however they told me nothing could be done. I could not get refunded nor could the order be cancelled. I haven’t even received my order yet and I already know I wouldn’t used this company again.
I used to love this company and would recommend to everyone, but now i really have changed my mind. Wondering if they have new bosses or something! The food itself is fantastic. But customer service and reliability have gone down hill. Can no longer speak to anyone. I recently signed up for tick, flea and worm treatments to be delivered monthly. The first order only had a wormer in. No way to speak to anyone anymore. Second delivery only wormer. Still no flea treatment, told to wait longer- i have switched to someone else. Can no longer recommend them.
Tails food is ideal for Deacon. He’s metabolism has never been so healthy. Deacon is a fussy eater & sometimes he will not eat so I soften the kibble with water & he usually enjoys that. Tails provide a very good customer care service & will provide you with alternative options if your pooch is being pedantic over food.
My Labrador loves every flavour from tails.com. It is quite filling and satisfying. Marshal is 5 y.o and his teeth are still white and in perfect condition! He’s got a very healthy coat and a very happy wag! Thanks to Tails.com ❤️

Tails took such care welcoming Noah and went to great lengths to tell us how to switch his food over so that he didn’t suffer an upset tummy. We are only on our 2nd month and this subscription failed to arrive when he ran out of food. Noah waited all day for the delivery of his food only for a message to come saying there was an issue and to contact them. This was on a Saturday and the following Monday was a bank holiday Monday so Noah’s food didn’t arrive until the following Tuesday. This meant we had to feed him something and we had no time to take the care switching him over to emergency rations….the inevitable happened. We had gone out for a few hours to arrive home to squit squoos all over the place. 7 piles of it to be exact. I complained on Tuesday only to be told there is a delivery window and Noah could have a packet of free treats next time we order…which technically makes it not free. Tails failed in their customer service to understand the issue. We subscribed to their service to provide Noah with his meals every month. Unfortunately they cannot guarantee delivery it seems which means your dog, should they run out of food, will probably poo all over your house due to the sudden change in diet. For this reason we will not be using this service again.
I want to say a huge thank you to tails. Our scrappy doo has very bad allergies his paws and ears and underbelly was always red raw and sore. We’ve been paying above and beyond on vet recommended produce. However He’s been on tails and all of his allergies have gone . He licks his bowl clean, he loves the variety in flavours with the wet food. Loves his treats from them too. Well done tails a wonderful company that really does take care of our most beloved family member!
Good quality dog food specific to my senior dog. She’s a fussy eater but eats this.
