Long story short if you want to sell your phone do not use music magpie and honestly sell to TECH TIGER, cannot fault them.music magpie quoted a total of £367, higher than the local CEX shop near me, so I went to their kiosk at ASDA, not to mention the kiosk had froze when I was there and waited 45 minutes for the technician to reset it, whilst standing in Asda on the phone to MUSIC MAGPIE customer service, not too mention I had my baby with me at the time. This was suppose to be a quick and easy "drop off" ", anyway fast foward to the selling, it goes into the machine for inspection, the phone was in PRISTINE condition, it literally was perfect, however they quoted £117 as there was "marks on the screen" which you can clearly see in the "photo evidence" they were finger marks. I attempted this 3 times, and got the same price. I refused to sell my phone for that price so looked at other companies too sell it too, after seeing many companies purposely scratch the phone to degrade them I kept looking and I came across TECH TIGER, and when I tell you it was so easy and straight forward with them, and their quotation wad £402. And guess what? They did in fact pay me £402 the same day they recieved it. because there was nothing wrong with the phone.
It was very easy to post my old phone to them,They gave me an excellent price for it and also paid me the same day they received the phone .
I've used this company a couple of times before without issue and thought I would use them again out of loyalty. *Please note before you send a new phone tech-tiger want a full history of phone, receipt of purchase, trade in status, who you bought your phone off and will not purchase if you do not have these. This is not made clear enough in my opinion before you buy and send with special delivery which has made me £10 out of pocket when I could have sold this elsewhere.

Excellent service from start to finish. They didn't deviate from the initial quote that they gave me for my phone and paid out within a couple of hours like they said they would. I would definitely recommend them and I would use them again in the future.
