I appreciate the quick response from the customer service team. I have been the customer of Tech Armor since I was using iPhone 4S. The product quality is always great and whenever I have issue with the products, the customer service is always there for support.
I have been using Tech Armor’s ballistic glass protectors for years. I ordered the latest one after getting an iPhone 14 Pro. Got a 3 pack and a bonus camera protector for under $13! Super easy install with their alignment frame and bubble free! But wait! There’s more! I dropped my phone the other day and it landed on the camera lens! The protector took the blow and the protector looked like a windshield after a big rock hits it. Star pattern with a hole. But the camera lens was untouched! And when I wrote to ask about buying just the lens protector, they said it was covered by their warranty and they’re sending me another set of screen protectors with a camera cover! Great products and great price and stupid great service! They validated why I keep buying their products and now I have even more reason to sing their praises. Thanks for being a good guy, Tech Armor!!!

I have had a couple of issues over 8 years using Tech Armor. Mostly ham-handed installation. They instantly make things right. I broke my first smart phone the second day I had it— just banged my pocket against something. Since then, I have had Tech Armor, and never broken snother

Thank you for your excellent warranty service. Cable replacement is working so far. I hope to get a new iPhone by mid/end 2024-25. May be a different cable connection. I pray you'll be working on that that your new cables for iPhone 15 Pro Max and later ones could work as well as Apple ones, because of Apple monopoly tricks. I'm thankful for your warranty. I read I'm entitled to at least 4 cables for each cable I've bought. I've bought 4 on Amazon since 2016. Remember that I bought in same order grey and white. I hope you check that in my next orders. I have a USB-C Tech Armor I bought directly from you. I was using Apple short one when that yours stopped working. I have many old cables I'll like to send you together for recycling unless you tell me where to recycle. No matter much people not recycle and most ones throw garbage, etc., contribute a bit, save the planet. Let me know if I can ship my old Tech armor cables to you for recycling, all together in only one shipment I may pay. Or you may provide a service every 4 cables or so we send them together to you when we order a new replacement. As long as I can, I plan to continue buying replacements and new ones from you, if that continue being the best quality option if I get a new one. If my dad is alive or my family use same cable, I may buy more cables directly from you, or Amazon Tech Armor ones, and get replacements from you, if that continues working for me. Anyway I recommend you to everyone. My brother-in-law recommended me Tech Armor on 2016, and I bought more from Amazon and replacements from you and the black USB-C for iPhone 12 fast charger high wattage directly from you. Your shipment arrived fast on time and everything's crystal perfect pristine. I always thank my brother-in-law for recommending me Tech Armor because it's good for me and for my finances. I recommend Tech Armor to everybody: excellent cable: superb warranty. Thanks so much!
Will never have a phone without TechArmor’s Ballastic Glass. In normal wear and tear, I go through these glasses more often then I’d like to admit. They also have the best replacement program around.

Mike from customer service was great! USPS person bent my package and broke the glass screen protector. Even though it was not Tech Armor's fault, Mike helped me get a replacement. This time I made sure to receive the package in person.
Tech Armor Ballistic glass screen protectors are the best of the best! I have used this brand for the last 10 years or so never once had my or my parents phone screens break. The protector does its job perfectly! I’ve dropped my phone 1000s of times & never even so much & broke the screen protector & I’ve had some wild drops lol. Not saying you should drop it like a crazy person but it will protect it.
I’ve been using Tech Armor screen protectors since way back when I owned an iPhone 6. Tech Armor Glass Protectors on every iPhone for our family. Glass screens have performed exceedingly well, touch and feel exactly like iPhone without protectors, and touch, Haptic Touch, have great accuracy. Most of all they are highly resistant to scratches and screen damage. Tech Armor provided installation videos made our screens look like they were professionally installed. Had to reach out to Tech Armor regarding a screen issue and it was handled promptly to my satisfaction. Great service and great products!
