The bed was delivered really quickly. Had no issues with assembling the frame. It can take a bit of time if you aren’t experienced with assembling furniture like me. The bed frame has plenty of storage and looks really nice and classy!

White is the lightest colour and is achromatic (having no hue). Cream is a hue made up of white and yellow! I ordered the Rawson & Co Chester Faux Leather Storage Ottoman in WHITE! What I received was a two tone cream ottoman. Base is lighter than the top/lid. Now I’m expected to pay to return the item that was not what I ordered. Once received they will only offer a “store credit” of the item cost which does not include the shipping fee to my house. So I’m out of pocket with paying to have the wrong product delivered to my home and paying to send back the wrong item. This business is a joke! Have pictures to prove the colour difference. Not a slight difference either. Too noticeable compared with other white furniture in the room including the white window furnishings. I will not buy another thing from Temple & Webster! Think before you make any purchases, especially WHITE items!

Terrible customer service, wrong items deliveredI would rate them lower if I could. If you receive the correct product you are lucky. Customer service is appalling if you receive the wrong product. We order in February. Still have a huge rug in our hallway and it is now May. Got told I needed to have looked at colour in different lights and on different devices?? Rug arrived and it is incorrect colour compared to website. Even sent photos of the 2 side by side. And wrote how instead of light grey between stitching it was dark grey. Told I should have looked at pictures on different devices. Refused to accept it was wrong colour. Likewise ordered 2 quilts. Ordered and paid for Goose down. Received Duck down. Still cannot get them to take them back and send us the correct ones. Still in boxes in hallway with rug since February. Apalling. You call to discuss and get put on hold and then hung up on. 3 times today!! Had to go to consumer affairs after countless calls and countless emails. Cannot get anywhere after 3 months.
I purchased a computer chair in February 2020 for my sole use. About six months ago I noticed that the seat of the chair was disintegrating and cracking and peeling. This problem is rapidly getting worse, so this morning I called T&W to express my concern, only to be told that there is only a 12 months warranty on their products. I was also told that the life of the chair was about 4 years and for what I had paid for it, I should not expect it to last longer than this. I will not be purchasing a replacement chair from T&W. Very disappointing. UPDATE; After posting this review, I was contacted by Helen from T&W, who agreed that this product should not have deteriorated so quickly, and she arranged a full refund of the purchase price. Thank you Helen, much appreciated.

My first experience using T & W was so simple. Easy website to get around, kept up to date on delivery time. Delivered quickly, packaged great and very pleased with the goods.
Due to a misdiagnosis I now live in a Nursing Home. My unit has a balcony. I purchased your Patio Heater, it is a great asset. After Dinner we sit and watch the evening develop with our heater and a nice glass of wine.
>> SEE UPDATE >> Large, heavy boxes were delivered to the complex gate (next to the street), with little to no assistance in relocating them to the apartment. This would be quite unfortunate for elderly or differently-abled individuals who require heavy items to be brought to their front door or a secure space. Despite the extremely excessive use of packing materials, one item still had damage to the corner. This could be due to potentially poor quality assurance processes or a lack of care during transport. One critical item was missed or lost during transit (or maybe not shipped at all), rendering the furniture useless. It took a week to get acknowledgment, and then the support team failed to ship the replacement part altogether. The automated support system directed me to the courier, who then directed me back to the sender. There were no replies to my follow-up inquiries. However, they are very slow, so potentially there will be a response at some stage. The overall quality of the product doesn't live up to my expectations either. I've had IKEA furniture that felt sturdier than the hollow, ultra-light wood construction used in the Marinov Bedroom Set. To avoid having to sleep on the floor for any longer, I ended up placing an order with Bunnings to get the materials needed to complete assembly (and Bunnings delivered next day). *** UPDATE *** In response to receiving this review, I was just contacted by a very kind person representing Temple & Webster. They have offered a partial refund on the purchase to compensate for the damaged and missing pieces. While it's unfortunate that it took a negative review on a public forum to get some attention on my case, I believe that T&W are thoroughly lucky to have such a sympathetic and attentive individual such as Helen on their team. I'm more than satisfied with the resolution, and the care delivered by Helen has definitely improved my sentiments towards Temple & Webster.
