Nikki and Sanj are absolutely brilliant and couldn’t have been any more helpful. Sanj was brilliant at keeping me up to date with delivery time scales, he was so polite and really took the time to make sure my questions were answered. Nikki went the extra mile for me when I changed my mind about the duvet and swapped it for some pillows instead. She was really polite, made me feel at ease about switching so close to delivery and sorted everything out for me in about 10 minutes. She’s a manager and took the time out of her busy schedule to help her team with customer queries ☺️ They are both a credit to tempur and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. To top it all off- their products are amazing and I wouldn’t buy a mattress from anywhere else!

One of the hardest questions to answer when it comes to mattresses is "how long do they REALLY last"? Our experience with a was sold to us as a top-of-the-range Tempur mattress is "not as long as you would expect". We spent almost £2K on a Tempur king-sized memory "firm" foam mattress back in 2016 with a 10 year guarantee. For the first few years, it was excellent. It softened slightly every night as it warmed up but still maintained a generally firm surface with decent back support throughout the night. But for the last few years, we noticed that the mattress has been exponentially "softer" such that the memory foam becomes uncomfortably soft and we sink so deep into it that we feel half-way to the floor now. As a stomach sleeper, this is a huge problem as it causes one's spine to arch in a completely unnatural way and now is so bad that I can barely sleep and am having huge back problems. One of the big selling points of Tempur memory foam (compared to others) was that it is designed to maintain it's firmness throughout it's lifetime. In our experience, however, the realistic "lifetime" has been more like 5 years rather than 10. We are really disappointed by how badly the mattress has degraded and are highly unlikely to ever by another Tempur product again.
I am posting this review to say thank you to both the customer service team at Tempur and their delivery partner, Tramo. I needed a faster delivery than normal and this was not easy to organise due to my location. The professionalism and courtesy I have received from both companies has been really appreciated. I am very grateful to have received the mattress today and know you have put yourselves out to do this. Thank you again.

Fabulous mattress, bought online from the outlet store. So comfortable and I don't move around so much in bed anymore. The cool mattress protector is great, not felt hot at all.
I dont think you can rate a Tempur mattress low but I have to stay I always thought that Tempur is way too expensive and unnecessary until i tried one of them in a furniture shop. I kept trying other mattresses just to find another good one with a reasonable price but once you try Tempur, there is no other good mattress. Their customer service is also very responsive and made the effort to deliver me my order on the exact date that I requested.

The company that was used to deliver the product did not give any notice that is was arriving. It then did not follow the instructions I gave over my ring doorbell which meant it was placed in a neighbours garden.

Having try the others all of which were returned the simple choice was the hybrid Tempur Oh what an amazing sleep worth every penny. I also purchased the medium pillows again expensive but for a very very good reason I can honestly say I have never slept so well and woken up refreshed Five stars more like twenty five
I ordered pillows from Tempur via Avios App in January and I received my pillows, then I received some avios to my Avious account. In March, I received email from BA about my transaction, and all of my avios was removed. Because Tempur has informed them my purchase no longer qualifies for the avios. I did not return my products, and I have never had any similar problem with other brands. Why Tempur takes my avios 2 months after my purchase without any explanation? I feel I have been scammed by Tempur. Addendum (after Tempur's reply): You are not an honest organization. That's why; 1. This is a very ambiguous term. "Using voucher or offer codes when you make a transaction could result in you not collecting Avios or collecting less Avios than the advertised rate." What does it say exactly? If I use 1% discount, what will I collect? Nothing or 99% Avios? 2. When I shopped on your website, there was a 10% discount for everyone or first customers (as far as I remember). I used this 10% discount and you should have made it clear that if the customer uses 10%, they will not receive any Avios. 3. You sent Avios to my account 2-3 weeks after my purchase. If I was not eligible, why did you send me Avios and then delete my Avios 2 months later. What does this mean? You are a big company, but you use vague terms. I am not happy with my experience. It is totally unprofessional.
Comfort Pillow was very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on . The real problem is returning it, after several weeks still trying to get a refund under the 30 day trial. Customer service needs reviewing.
Seems to be a fairly comfortable pillow but disappointed with the amount of down in it and it appears to be fairly thin compared to other down pillows that I have used. It could have done with more filling to make it much more comfortable.
Fantastic fitted sheets that always look like they are freshly ironed.
The Tempur bed is very comfortable. The duvet cover, pillow cases and fitted sheet is fantastic material. However, the fitted sheet is really annoying as it doesn’t have elastic all the way round, therefore, everytime you move the sheet moves and gathers around you. Every morning I have to fit it back in place so it’s not fully fitted
