Na aankoop van mijn Tenways CGO600 Pro bleek dat de oplader niet goed was. Ik kon mijn fiets niet opladen. Terug in de winkel werd mijn lader zonder problemen omgeruild voor een goede. Fijne service.

Easy to construct and the bike is of good value
Good looking website. Easy to order, quick delivery and solid packaging. Product seems good so far- I like the bike and the assembly was relatively easily done. Aligning the steering is a bit fiddly. I would recommend not tightening it all the way and setting the seating last when actually sitting on the bike. Only point of attention: the battery really jumps out when you use the key to release it so it’s wise to hold it when you do.
Ik heb een cgo 600 pro, daar heb ik de volgende veranderingen bij aangebracht: stuur 6 cm smaller gemaakt, nieuw zadel, aluminium pedalen. Ver nog aangeschaft, bagagedrager en een Tenways tas. Inmiddels 1500 km met deze fiets gereden, zonder problemen. Hij fietst lekker, natuurlijke trapondersteuning. Als het even kan rij ik op eigen kracht stukken van de route boven 25 km per uur.
New bike cgo600, from the start having problems with the battery indicator "correcting" to a different value. For example; I leave home in the morning with 45% which should be more than enough to go to work and back, arrive at work with 28%..when I return to the bike a couple of hours later the indicator will have dropped...to for example 13%, which is not enough to get home. After about a 1000 kms Tenways provided a new battery and offered to pay for the repairshopcosts. They were nice and friendly thoughout the proces. Sadly the new battery hasn't fixed the problem...it still jumps to lower values all of a sudden. Which for me isn't great cause I have a disability which makes having the bike's electrical power quite important

We bought it as a group of 5 friedns.the worst experience ever. i bougth the leigthweight champion and wanted to return it after 3 days of cooling period but they didnt accept it. Delivery sucks. they delivered in the middle of chaos in a main street at 8 am. montaj is hard, i had to cary to bike store with many unassembled pieces. The bike is ..., they dont have any feature on mobile app, you cant even see where is your bike 😀 the software has bugs, sometimes the ligths does not open and the bike doesnt speed up. the solution is turn off and turn on the bike 😀 i can say service is good care but their software needs to be taken care. So i give 1 star for the speed. it makes 35 easily and you can reach to 45 but if you crash, the bike is dead. It doesnt give you the safe feeling. My gf has pro800 and it's battery doesnt fit, she has to stop every 5mins to fix it. My only mistake was to buy an e-bike but now i have to go to service for so many defects. thanks for wasting my money!

CGO 600 gekocht op Tenways.com. Had meteen vanaf begin een irritante rammel in de buurt van de voorvork. Contact opgenomen met support. Bleek de accu zat wat los in het frame , Zelf goed kunnen oplossen met video’s van Tenways support. Support reageert meteen zelfs op zondag. Zeer blij nou met de fiets, hij gaat als een speer.
Delivery was swift and all the goods were delivered in perfect order. There was one bolt missing, and the servicedesk responded quickly on my request and solved the issue very well. Only slightly negative is the quality of the bikebag. a bit too much fragile plastics which break easy.
Although not everything was solved perfectly (my bike is a pre-series CGO600, and the mudguards from the current version don't fit on that), the client service did everything they could to help me, is very friendly, reacts quickly and is realy involved by finding solutions. O, and the bike itself is great to ride!
Very good price, fast delivery, good bike. Unfortunately, the color of the paint on the front fork was slightly different. The agreed solution was satisfactory.
The product development of the CGO 600 pro is out standing. I already own 2 CGO 600 and they are great. You can customize the bike any way you want. But the CGO 600 PRO is a excellent improvement. And the support team of tenways is one of the best support team i ever have had. I really can recommend Tenways to everyone.

I asked for repair of my bike due to fault tire grips. The shop fixed the spokes of my front wheel and promised to replace my back wheel with a brand new wheel but changed it with a second hand wheel which was still slightly wobbly. Then I went to test the bike and the bike was even more damaged than before. The electric system does not work anymore and the declarator activates at random moments. I am still waiting for a new bike to be sent to me. And i need this done asap.
Mooie fiets voor relatief weinig geld. Hij fietst ook fijn. Snelle levering. Fiets moet je deels in elkaar zetten, maar is goed te doen. Je hoeft geen fietsenmaker te zijn. Enige "minpuntje" is de accu. Deze is niet heel groot. Maar gezien de prijs moet je ergens op inleveren. Voor mijn gebruik voldoet de accu alsnog goed.
Cons: No lock installed, not a lot of accessories available and app could be faster to connect and more options available. Furthermore there’s not a lot of suspension in the wheels or saddle. Pros: very nice performance while biking, fast kicking in of the motor and design is very nice!
Prima fiets (cgo600) voor een schappelijke prijs. Nu een paar maanden in gebruik en zeer tevreden.
