I wish i can give a no star. This store are scammers please avoid them. I bought several goods from them. Including necklace, ear ring and a gold ring worth a huge amount of money. The lady that sold the goods to me was very pushful while selling the ring as I've initially told her that I'm not sure of my size but she insisted i buy the ring and presume her size will fit me merely looking at my fingers from a watzapp video call. When the ring arrived, it was not my size as I've predicted, i put a call through to them and they said i can have a resize but i insisted i want a refund. When i sent the item down to them to refund me my money, they refused claiming that I've worn it, which is a big lie as this ring isn't my size. Also, on there website it says you can return any item for a refund within 30 days of purchase, my purchase is not up to 30 days and they insist they won't give me back a refund except i exchange the item for another item. They are not truthful, please avoid doing business with them. The ring was bought from their Telford store.
