I recently bought the Steak Knife set and I received 4 dull knives . When I reached out to the company they responded and took care of all me needs and issued me a refund cause the knives are out of stalk . I'm happy and I'll be ordering more . Thank you Andrew

Pago el envío internacional con la empresa que me proporciona la web donde especifica "envío internacional" Una vez llega a al país donde lo recibo me llama para empresa y me dice que tengo que pagar más dinero. Discúlpenme pero esto no estaba especificado en su página web con lo cual me considero bastante engañado. Si ya he pagado el producto más el envío, ¿porque tengo que pagar de nuevo la recepción de la mercancía? Contacté con la empresa y les explico mi situación y lo único que me dicen es que si no lo quiero, que la mercancía va devuelta a su lugar de origen y me devolverán el dinero y hasta el momento ha pasado ya como 3 semanas y no he visto mis cuchillos ni el dinero de vuelta. Me he sentido estafado por esta empresa y es una lástima porque realmente deseaba tener estos cuchillos y además han perdido un gran fan, seguidor y embajador de la marca Cooking Guild porque me encantaba mostrarle a todos mis conocidos esos cuchillos.

Bought a knife and sheath on December 27, 2023. Today is January 16th and it still has yet to arrive. I emailed them to ask the status and they quoted the exact language that I received from tracking my own package. UPS was going to open an investigation but said they were restricted from doing so because of the company's account restrictions. When I emailed the company back, they never responded. My last email to them was 6 days ago and they have yet to respond. I spent over $100 and never received my product or a refund. Worst experience ever.
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE - APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Ordered a Damascus Cleaver, Sheath & Honing Steel 26 November 2023, at a cost of £195.20 for delivery to UK. There is no mention of tax implications at point of sale. Items were to be delivered by UPS and have still not arrived. Having been fobbed off, I have now been advised by Alvin that: ‘After careful investigation, we regret to inform you that we cannot refund or replace the order now as it did not have additional shipping insurance. This limitation poses challenges in addressing situations where the order may have been lost due to external factors, such as theft. We understand how disappointing this news may be and deeply empathize with any frustration it may cause. Happy cooking!’ There is no option on site to take out insurance or warning in T’s & C’s that the customer is responsible for items lost in transit and no refund or replacement will be given. How do I know the order was ever dispatched? Completely unacceptable behaviour, dreadful customer service - avoid them at all costs unless you want to be treated with utter contempt.
Scammer company. Don’t recommend buying anything here. Bought a cleaver and a sheath which unfortunately never arrived (2 months en route now), nor will they ever do according to the UPS. Had to call several institutions on my own to try to figure out where is my product or if the shipment even exists. It doesn’t. Seller doesn’t care, nobody is talking to me, several emails sent to the support mailbox. They were smart enough not to put a phone nr. or any other contact than email (I ignored this red flag, fell for the social media hype). I did not get a single reply, just nothing. Straight to the bin I suppose. Perfect scam. I applaud you. Smooth like a smoothie. One of the worst customer service I had experienced in a very long time Dont buy!!!
Do not trust the service or customer support, these knives are also coming in from China. Ordered multliple sets for Christmas Gifts and they did not ship complete orders per their sale packages. One order did not even have the knife set in the box and the other order did not have all the accessories listed. When I attempted to contact them they would only respond with email 1 time per day. They provided no proof other than saying the packages weighed correctly for the order, but they have no proof to share. They also use UPS to deliver the post office not even directly to the customer. Would not send a new knife set because they had received a new shipment from China and would not offer anything but a less expensive set for the same price after Christmas. Some thing is not right with their customer support and warranty claims. Buyer Beware.
I had ordered the dynasty series 8" cooking knife for Christmas, but it got lost in the mail. Even though it wasn't their fault they made it right and sent me one that I did receive before Christmas. I am so grateful and happy with my knife I can't thank them enough for what they did. I am in love with this knife, the quality and sharpness of this knife is top tier, and perfectly balanced. Thank you so much cooking guild.
I've been trying everything to get the knives I ordered OR get my money back. Even though I paid for shipping insurance, USPS says the package was not insured. Multiple emails to the company got me nowhere. My negative comments on their Facebook ads get deleted!

I saw signs of corrosion after using the knives for FOUR DAYS. When I contacted the support asking for a refund, I didn't even get a response from them (two emails unresponded). Just read on their site that any products purchased on sale are not even eligible for a refund. This company is a fraud, stay away!
Ordered a set of knives a month ago. Tracking has no updates until finally saying it was being returned to sender. Multiple emails to their customer support with absolutely no response. No refunds. Too much money to spend on something that is clearly a scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!
Do not order to Europe Do not order anything to Europe. The company is sending via UPS and they are known for loosing their packages. This just happened to me - no one knows where are my knives which I ordered more than a month ago. UPS is sending me to my local post office (but God knows which one). The company is sending me tracking number that doesn't work. Can't say anything about knives though, they never came.
After a lot of patience and getting two differnt tracking numbers that dont work I am extremely disappointed. I looked back at the order and I see its 25+ days for shipping which in the world of e-commerce is unheard of!! UPS Worldwide Economy is 5-12 business days. What is going on here? The follow up is slow and I read the other 5 star reviews and it doesnt make sense. I am also an avid follower of the videos on Facebook, again, fantastic quality and content. Two Polish guys living in Ireland and sending knives from the US. Interesting. Really very disappointed and close to cancelling my order.
Not only are the knives beautiful, they perform like they look. Perfect. We have guests over a lot and are always getting comments on our Dynasty set.
I have the entire Dynasty set, now working on the Nomad series. Better than my Wusthoff or Heinkels(sp?) knives.

I recently purchased the ONYX Damascus Steel Cleaver and it unfortunately was lost in the mail. When I reached out to customer service to explain the situation "Eddie" quickly reacted to place another order and have it shipped right away. I'm extremely happy with my purchase and I believe I'll only be ordering knives from the Cooking Guild from now on. Keep providing amazing customer service!!!

I've been using my knife set for 3 months and I am in love! The knives are so well balanced, comfortable to use and most importantly....still SO SHARP. Also, The Cooking Guild has created an incredible community which is so inclusive and provides such delicious recipes! Will 100% be purchasing again for all my friends who cook and highly recommend to anyone whos looking for a great knife!
