My last order (there’s been a few, not counting how many though haha! My absolute favourite is 499 Ombré Nomade)never arrived even though Royal Mail said they had delivered it, the image showed it was left outside in what looked like a old coal bunker, no door just sat there, oh and it’s not even in my garden! So I contacted the customer service team and Joseph replied to me. We went over some information and he said that he would send out a replacement order and if the original one arrived he would help me with returning it to them. My rpl arrived within 2 days and everything was absolutely perfect! Joseph really did go above and beyond to help me, he kept me informed all the way through even after it had been delivered! As someone who works in customer service/sales support I know how hard it can be, customers rarely rush to give great feedback but if the slightest issue and bam they are so quick to give negative reviews without even a second thought about the person trying to help them! Joseph is amazing and essence vault are extremely lucky to have such a fantastic, helpful and an all round genuinely nice guy! Thank you again for all your help, I will recommend you to everyone who asks what I’m wearing and where is it from!

After my original order was lost, the delay etc… caused me to show my disappointment and anger. However a lady by the name of Diane M stepped in and assorted the situation immediately resulting in me receiving my order this morning. I would like to mention Diane’s customer care, professionalism, and empathy shown to me at the time an irritate customer, she’s a great example of how things should be done. Having received my order this morning…., I’m thrilled with my purchase the fragrance is utterly divine, and I will most certainly be buying from The Essence Vault again, definitely a cut above the rest out there……. My son bought me some fragrances from the essence vault as a gift and I in turn have repurchased since which is a testament to how good they are. I work as cabin crew and every single flight I’m on without exception someone asks me what perfume I’m wearing, they are that good. I hope all the times I’ve offered for someone to try a spray have turned into sales for you , they certainly deserve to be!! Superb product that I have no hesitation in recommending to anyone.

Had some issues at the start with my fragrance not smelling the way it should. Had to send it back. The support team was amazing, from dealing with Alix at the start and Bronagh helping complete my order, even threw in a couple of samples for me to try. I ordered the 3x 100ml perfumes And during the shipment the package got damaged, one of the fragrances was missing. I contacted the support (Alix) responded very quickly and were very kind and helpful. He solved the issue and sent me a replacement. The fragrance smell great and lasts long enough. Definitely a recommendation.

Beställde en flaska 186 (Inspirerad av Penhaligon's Halfetii) och fick den hyfsat snabbt. Men doften var långt ifrån originalet och dofta knappt ingenting efter 1 timme efter man sprutat på sig. 2 timmar senare var doften borta. Kommer inte beställa mer från denna sida.
First of all, the fragrances are good. I wore one of them today for work, and I can still smell it on my wrist. No complains there. With that said, my order was delayed by 2 days. Delays happen, no big deal. But when it finally arrived, only 2 of the 3 perfumes I ordered were in the package. I mailed the customer service with no response yet. When they respond, I will come back and edit my review.
I ordered an intense set of 100mls on May 11th, but the order has not been dispatched yet. Peter from the EVRI team said they would update me within 48 hours. Let's see how long it takes for the order to be delivered.
I ordered a fragrance that unfortunately did not arrive. I contacted customer services and was assisted by Joseph, he was extremely helpful he said he would follow up with the delivery company and get back to me. 24 hours later I received a text from Joseph with an apology and he informed me he had authorised a replacement and I did not need to pay for a second delivery. He was very helpful and is a credit to your customer service team.
