I purchased a couple of items on April 27th. The purchase receipt was missing from the parcel and the order confirmation was just that, not an electronic invoice. I sent an email to their customer service team on April 29th, asking for them to share the print receipt via email. I received a reply to that email on May 3rd, claiming that I may have missed their previous email or it may have ended up in junk/ spam. Their reply did not have the receipt attached. I have since followed up 3 times asking for the purchase receipt via that email thread, which is clearly not in the junk/ spam folder. Radio silence. By the way, issuing invoices and receipts is actually a legal requirement when dealing with EU consumers. Are they even aware of this?

A bad reaction

I bought this company's vitamin C serum but the first time I used it my shin reacted badly and my face was covered in lumpy red blotches. It took 48 hours before the reaction started to calm down. I've never had such a bad reaction to a facial product before.

Poor company

Purchased a Serum from their Amazon store which I had a reaction to. Many of their email addresses don’t work and ones that have gone through to I have had no reply to. Totally rubbish. Companies should not be selling cosmetics without proper reaction reporting procedures.

The response of customer service

Delivery way too long

Nothing to do with their products however the amount of time I’ve been waiting for one product would definitely make me hesitant to purchase from them again. I first of all was waiting for one product for over a week and emailed them once I never received it (I had to contact them) they were quite quick in replying to be fair and so they said it was ‘lost in transit’ and shipped me a new product. I have now been waiting almost a week again for this new product and so in total I’ve been waiting 2 weeks for one product I ordered. Disappointing

Have always had stellar products and delivery. Recently have an order not deliver after 12 business days. I reached out to customer service today and they have responded right away, great reaction to an issue. Will update once I have a resolution, they have already offered to reship which is a positive and are treating it as a lost package.

Poor customer service

Poor customer service. I reached out last week as I had an anaphylactic shock to the oat cleanser - I have a nut allergy and this has almonds in it. I didn’t read the ingredients my bad - however i reached out to suggest maybe having a warning on products that contain nuts and I was totally ignored. I could’ve died but I wasn’t actually even complaining so to be ignored is just so rude, due to this I won’t be using Inkey skin care products anymore.

nourishing hair spray purchased in December. seemed to work well, but soon noticed white bits in my hair. the syringe soon stopped working properly and was always clogged. cleaning was pointless. Recently I found out why: the liquid has completely clotted. worthless product.

New customer - good customer service, AMAZING products

New customer - I did a fairly big order of lots of different skincare products. I did their easy, few questions skincare quiz and bought everything they suggested based on my answers and skincare concerns. I was most excited about receiving the omega water cream as had seen rave reviews but unfortunately I got sent two oat cleansing balms instead. Within a couple of minutes of chatting to the lovely customer service staff, I was sent an omega water cream 1st class post and was told I could keep the second oat cleaning balm. So kind and so helpful. Have ordered another full skincare routine recently and I can honestly say my skin has never felt better. My skin feels hydrated, moisturised, is glowing and I feel so much more confident going makeup free! Thank you Inkey List - your products are heaven!!

Horrendous Customer Service

I first reached out Inkey List customer service on 12/6 with the request to return a few products under the Satisfaction Guarantee that didn't work for me. After an initial response asking for the products and reasons for return, I stopped hearing back. I followed up twice - nothing. I submitted another ticket through the website to see if that would reach someone - they responded and asked the same question around which products + reasons. I promptly responded again and have not heard back since. The customer service is incredibly lacking and unprofessional - they are skirting around my request (even though they have the guarantee). I don't think they actually abide by this policy, Horrible experience. It's been over a month and I'm still chasing for a response. I caution anyone wanting to order from the Inkey List. 1/23 edit: their response to my post is a complete lie. I’ve responded to EVERY email and instead of providing me with an actual update, I’ve been getting automated emails asking ME to respond when there is absolutely nothing for me to respond to.

My product of the year - Tripeptide plumping lip balm

I have been using their Tripeptide plumping lip balm and it's made a real difference. I personal would look bad with filler in my lips as they had always been fuller but now, I am reaching a certain age I can see a slight decline. So, I need something subtle and conditions my lips making them look healthy. Glad I found the right product. Best of all I can't fault the customer service. I order and pay and in a few days, it arrived or your notified if there will be a delay. then it arrives as promised.

Buyer beware! There is no option to cancel an order once placed (even if it has not shipped yet) and there is no return option. Once they have your money there is nothing that will wrench it from their greedy little hands

I would like to emphasize that not only does The INKEY List offer excellent products at fantastic prices, but their customer service is equally impressive. They were incredibly friendly and quick to assist me. It truly reflects the level of professionalism and dedication of this company. Poor customer service

I placed an order that took twice as long to arrive than what it said on their website. There was an item that I ordered that has been discontinued so I opted for a refund on the item and to have the rest of my order sent. I have reached out twice now to the company about the refund for that item, have been told twice that the refund has been issued, and yet I haven't received it. I used to love the inkey list but this is unacceptable Update: they reached out and told me they would investigate the problem further and I would hear back shortly. This was 10 days ago and I haven't heard a word from them since. I reached out to PayPal, who also tried to reach out to them and like me, received no response after 10 days. These guys are a joke.
